Pros:

• Did well with defense
• Spread out well, didn't clump up
• Keeping defense wide and away helped pick up enemy before they got too close
• Squad members did great under my command, Kozera was very helpful coming in as Support when I needed it

• No cons

Pros:

• Awesome comms
• Great movement of infantry
• Recovery of point defense was always fast and well executed
• Marking of infantry and tanks was great
• Really amazing game and had a blast

Cons:

• A little more tank to infantry comms could have been a little better, but wasn't a hindrance
• need to take out tanks a little faster. ( Make sure to get those Satchels unlocked!)

Pros:

• Good Markings and Callouts about enemy movement and armour positions from Infantry
• Good holding of captured ground and defensive efforts
• My crew did a phenomenal job at their assigned tasking(s)

Cons:

• Did not do well as I should have as TC this operation
• Did not find the operation as fun as others, it felt just like a gloried pub match minus pubbies and only Cav boys
• Final Operation of 2023 was fairly dull, lacked a interesting twist or playstyle

Pros:

• Good comms and coordination. Excellent dynamic responses and reactions to events.
• Solid recon skill use, great intel and flare coverage overall.
• Being allowed very independent orders made it easy to expliot time sensitive issues.
• Well practised and familiar recon members paid dividends in slick comunication and intel gathering.

• No cons

Pros:
Our tank was able to hold several areas with lesser numbers. This lead to winning engagements overall.


Cons:
Our tank group overall could have done more however from a team standpoint we won our engagements when we needed to.

Pros:

• Excellent Comms both within Unit and Leadership
• Good Initial Push for the Mid-Point/good allocation of duties theoretically
• Excellent gun play

Cons:

• Not enough Troopers attended
• More Teamwork between Armor and Troopers
• Perhaps more Artillery could have been used

Pros:

• Lots of fun in vanilla games.
• A map that's not SME, Carentan, Omaha or Utah? WTF IS THAT

Cons:

• Attack/defense felt like it switched too much, might have need a whole unit or two dugging in deep and staying there the whole game, I know some people don't like staying put, I actually do, but it could have releived so much pressure for the attackers that could have just tought about attacking without worrying about going back.
• On my end I could have been more active on coms.

Pros:

• Comms was great
• Marking and calling out enemy was great
• extremely disruptive
• multiple tank kills
• squad had a blast

Cons:

• Personally I thought the building of garrisons was not a top priority as it should have been for other squad leaders.
• Could have used another man in my squad.

Pros:

• Great communication and teamwork.
• Squads worked well together.
• Excellent play to end the year off.

Cons:

• Wish we could have had more turnout, but that happens.

• Communication was excellent
• ZOC defense use was impeccable
• All squads flexed to different positions if the situation called for it

Cons:

• Not sure if ally artillery was being utilized to its potential

Pros:

• Fun match!
• Decent turnout for the holidays.
• Assault on Foy was badass.

Cons:

• Combined Arms could have been improved.
• Tanks struggled to accomplish map control.

Pros:

• Good fight between sides.
• Axis tankers felt in control on the armor war front.

Cons:

• Team map control struggled, giving everyone issues and ultimately handing us the loss.
• As a result of the above mentioned, armor struggled to support infantry effectively, further compounding the issue.
