Pros:
Good engagements and work between Bison and Chaos
Good 5-lines both from Chaos and returns from Bison
Great pilot/co-pilot comms and coop with engagements

Cons:
Cargo creates too large, should utilize smaller ones (the larger cargo net create hit the rotor blades)
Have resupply list requested to Godfather not aviation
Hatchet issues with aircrafts not being loaded with ammo and unrepairable damage
Confusion with addition of Bison-2 late in Op

  • We used alternative communication with misfit-7

Pros:
  • Really great time and really great mission.
  • Always recommend advertising a second bird so we can have a two-ship for numerous reasons, ISR, backup, security, CSAR etc. Having only 1 bird a) limits mission options and b) limits ability to populate the server on our most popular day of the week...aka, more people can have more fun.
  • Great comms with MISFIT-5 Hilberg.A
  • Great comms with my CP/G Grizzle.M
  • Extremely aggressive fire and prosecution of targests with deadly effects when designated by CHAOS.
  • Although somewhat delayed for good reasons, the resupply was executed well.
Cons:
  • OPORD was incomplete, messy, and just not good. But of course we managed well.
  • Pre-made resupply crates need to be A) SMALLER CRATES and B) Pre-made with variety of anything ground forces might want. We have 8 slots on Blackhawk to get those things in there... weight be damned, it can easily be managed even with full troop loadout. They can also easily be airdropped from high OR low altitudes. The large crates impact and damage/destroy the main rotor, so huge emphasis on using the smaller crates to avoid obvious trouble as evidenced tonight. Using the large crates reminds me of my girlfriend jam-packing one garbage bag full of trash when she can simply use 2 or 3 trash bags to accomplish the same thing and avoid having issues or trouble.

COMBAT AFTER ACTION REPORT

Element Callsign: Misfit-1
Element Leader: Second Lieutenant Tucker.C

Individuals in Element:
First Lieutenant Sam.T
Sergeant Crowley.T
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Sparrow.P
Specialist Xinos.T
Specialist Woods.K

Non-7Cav-Personnel:

RET.Houston.T
RET.York.A
Brock

Pros:
  • Individual squad work was good.
  • Good convoy work.
  • First objective went smoothly.
  • Good work from the squad CLS.
Cons:
  • Reorganization, medical treatment, rearm and resupply at the first objective took way too long.
  • We rolled into an enemy hardened objective without any ISR or leader's recon, causing the convoy to roll directly into an enemy checkpoint.
  • Ambush of the convoy resulted in a miscommunication/incorrect order to 'push to the town/push to contact' which caused Misfit-1 to get smoked.
  • Full squad wipe for the first time in... I don't remember.
  • Use of OPFOR equipment almost causing Blue-on-Blue.
  • Sparrow can't drive.
