Pros:
  • Stressed TFAR as much as I could to test how the CEOI works with what a heavy air asset Op requires.
    • Lots of development to be had to clear up comms. Racks, packs, and short ranges cause issues with trying to find a balance.
    • Need a scaling net SOP to handle multiple flights.
  • Lots of examples of using BRA and Bullz calls that don't get used as often as they should.
  • The ground forces that turned out was great to watch text book "break contact"
  • CAP nuked everything and followed ROE perfectly. Identified unresponsive craft before shooting it down.
  • HOG provided good overhead
Cons:
  • Tree density made identifying hard targets impossible for HOG.
  • Very few, if any CAS calls presented themselves.
  • If com sec was announced we can't call actual grids to friendly positions, resulted in some punishing IDF.
  • I loaded an older cScript in the file RW loadouts were wrong

Pros:
  • Solid flying and teamwork within crews and in the flight.
  • Pilots performed some major pucker factor landings
  • Overall fun and challenging mission concept
  • Comms security in rescue operations was followed, people remembered their BRA and BULLS
Cons:
  • Comms were chaotic and disorganized, partially due limitations of TFAR partially on our use of them
  • Code-words as outlined in the brief weren't used
