PROS:
  • Great turnout from the Company and Battalion
  • Complex mission mostly successful
  • Gave several ideas for future training plans
  • COEI recommendations to follow
CONS:
  • Map performance on the server
  • Didn't get a chance to complete the entire mission plan because of the above

Pros:
  • Overall objective and scope were solid, briefings and such were on point
  • Good contact with ground forces throughout the operation
  • Even with limited medical personnel our medics did fantastic
  • Got to call in broken arrow which was nifty
Cons:
  • Obvious lag issues with most players having 5-10 FPS. Deniland is pretty hard on frames on top of the amount of contact we had.
  • Requiring resupply is needed but hard to accomplish givin the issue above

Pros:
On paper great plan looked very fun to do.

Pilots were top notch

Cons:
Was not able to do my role due to FPS and game crash
imo I think for the overall enjoyment factor it should of been called off to be reran to work out server issues.

Pros:
  • Most of the training objectives were accomplished.
  • Planning assisted in breaking task information down to individual pilots in both flights.
  • The mission was overall successful and our mission objectives were accomplished.
Cons:
  • Need to deconflict frequencies when operating as two separate multi-ship flights.
  • Performance made a lot of our section's pilots have to drop throughout.
  • Rocky start led to difficulties keeping our initial objective on time.
Not a pro or a con, but good chance to mention: We need to get rid of the contact DLC items in the FW kit, and someone mentioned the flightsuit on the default FW kit has poor G resistance values. It would be a good idea to change this, as this saves the effort for Zeus having to give us different suits every time.

Pros:
  • Good mission concept
  • Good team work
  • Comms were good, considering the situation
Cons:
  • Lag was abhorrent
  • Compositions were messed up. Should not have radios by default as that can lead to acre issue
  • Buffalo on CTAB was screwed up I appeared as 3 which I think is a composition issue.

PROS:


  • Excellent OPORD and mission planning
  • Ambitious and exciting mission design
  • Generally good comms considering we were dealing with 3 radios for the first time in years

CONS:
  • Mission performance makes evaluating if training objective with any true accuracy very difficult
  • Flying was not enjoyable due to the performance issues
  • A few smaller issues: resupply cargo crates on carrier were impossible to see at night, re-spawning threw us to the edge of the map.

Pros:
  • A lot of contact at Objective Bronze.
    • Called in danger close type 2 CAS on our position, "broken arrow", due to a Mi-24 auto-rotating right into the middle of our compound, while taking contact outside the compound as well; took a lot of casualties, including myself, but to my knowledge no deaths occurred.
  • Got to watch Raider-1 take out the aforementioned Mi-24 with unguided "dumb fire" rockets about 50M off the deck.
Cons:
  • Frames, obvious.
  • Lack of understanding by some of the role of Infidel

Pros:
  • Thank you Alpha Co. for having us and excellent work de-conflicting with Misfit Platoon.
  • Mission scope and scale were awesome!
  • Fun for Infantry despite not main focus of mission/training.
  • Misfit-1 displayed excellent communications internally, CQB was fluid and executed very solidly.
  • Great comms on Platoon Level, radios were clear!
Cons:
  • Framerate drops made playing....very difficult in the beginning. Suggest turning down or disabling particles for explosions, possibly less infantry slots?
  • Blue on Blue incident in OBJ 1 from my team, player was having frame issues, but I should set better hard lanes of fire.
  • Not enough fire commands on fireteam level.
SL Notes: I had a killer squad that pretty much was on autopilot, make my job very easy. I stepped up to 6 when Beiter had disconnect issues for the first time ever and quickly put infantry to work the best I could, but I should have picked it up more expediently. Thanks for having us A-Co!

Pro:
Good comms between Atlas, 7, and 6
Great team to work with
Alpha did great in response to flying with low fps

Con:
Either incorrect kit taken or loadout being wrong in the arsenal led to Atlas' surgeon missing essential equipment
Lack of 7 and server issues led to some confusion of which squads needed medical care
