Pros:
  • was able to set up nods very fast
  • everyone listened to orders and worked well with everyone
Cons:
  • could not push the enemy defense and was bogged down
  • spent too much time setting up nods and was not able to get the front ready for enemy attack

Pros:
  • Good Concept as always!
  • Was hard from both sides, but with coordination and communication it all came together
  • Communication was excellent between all in command
  • Tanks did everything asked of them and performed spot on
Cons:
  • Tank call outs between tanks could be a Little better, however is a very minor gripe with this FTX

Pros:
  • Tankers executed most gunfights well, with small decencies that are attributed more to lack of practice rather.
Cons:
  • Infantry felt very noncohesive with the overall game plan, leaving a lot of gaps in the battle line and unable to assist armor when we were pinned down and needed help.

Pros:
  • Great communication within the tank
  • Good callouts from other tank crews as well as Infantry
  • Great battle plan and even better response to the changing flow of battle
Cons:
  • I need to remember to place tank pings as I see tanks. I caught myself forgetting a few times

Pros:
  • Good plan
  • Well designed FTX
Cons:
  • Armour and Infantry comms need improvement. Need to work better together. Infantry keep small arms at off the armours flank, armour provide heavy fire to suppress MG's and other threats to infantry

Pros:
  • Good turnout
  • Seems lessons were learned
Cons:
  • Caught flat footed on D
  • Leaving aside the successful hail Mary with the truck in round 2 (kudos to the other team), I suspect this op favored the defenders. With the Foy grids and the last grid on the Axis side off limits it is all but impossible for infantry to execute a flank on Artillery battery. That leaves just a couple of legitimate routs into the strongpoint and a bunch of open fields. Add to that that all the natural tools that might help counteract this advantage (recon, airheads, artillery) are off the table and I'd be willing to guess that once a defense is well set, battery is nearly always going to be successfully defended.

Pros:
  • Loved the leaders O group Smithson conducted after the general scenario orders. Would even like to see something similar post FTX if time permits for the SLs.
Cons:
  • Too much effort put in to conducting a flanking to attack nodes. Had we had more trying to conduct a frontal on the right it may have gone different.
  • Lack of coordination between teams on right flank. I think had we sorted that out, we could have had a strong SBF while another team moved. Especially had we used the arty smoke rounds available.
  • Similar to the last point, communication could be improved.
  • Somehow I missed in the orders that we were flipping half way through :(

Pros:
  • Great FTX allowed several elements of recently initiated SPs to be implemented in combined arms increased numbers environment
  • Fireteam coordinated well in the rolls required, bullets in the multitude were put down range as intended on defense of the eastern edge
  • The work conducted prior to the FTX by senior personnel paid dividends in action
Cons:
  • I cannot think of any

Pros:
  • Great FTX design.
  • My MG crew provided excellent fire support during all phases.
  • Very good tactical preparation from our company leadership prior to FTX.
Cons:
  • Wish the artillery was made viable as i have a couple people in my squad that like arty. Maybe allowing it after a certain time during offensive to help with pushes. Or for the defensive side, after they lose a certain part.

Pros:
  • Excellent FT / SL / Command Communication
  • Great team effort, all cogs in the wheel worked well
  • Preplanned objectives, in the beginning, helped immensely. No confusion.
  • Good coordination and FT support between FT's on the defensive line
  • Our MG throwing 9K rounds without running out thanks to effective ammo drops
  • While under fire, being able to flex multiple troopers to assist on a flank w/ success
  • Outstanding blitzkrieg
  • Constant heavy pressure with heavy smoke allowed the node line to be pierced
  • Very effective preplaced garrison for the assault on Foy.
  • Everything you could expect in an FTX, great work
  • heavy discipline on task-oriented jobs
Cons:
  • Would have liked to have fought defensively in Foy.

Pros:
  • Fast reaction from Axis defense
  • Everyone listened to orders and worked well with their units
Cons:
  • Wished the enemy pushed our flanks more
  • If the Artillery had more rounds it would have created a better swing. i.e punched more holes in infantry/ covered their attacks
