Pros:
  • Squad crushed

  • squad got after

Cons:
  • Having recon focus mid point is important
  • Maybe 20 min?

Pros:
  • Excellent and immediate discipline in regards to redeploying when called upon.
  • Great assault on points - 3/4. GG
  • Truck leaving on time each round
  • FULL infantryTruck arriving at boundary each time successfully with time to spare
  • Great work between both fire teams.
  • Appreciate the drill concept. Perhaps a little 'header' declaring that for those that may have been expecting something else.
  • 3/4 W
Cons:
  • Losing men mid-game to rebalance teams
  • Stopping the main assault truck en route to mid-point: costs valuable time. The truck will not run you over as long as you're not turning.
  • All supply-men immediately dropping supplies. All roles with a hammer (5 of them have a hammer) should help build.
  • Read the map: Garri placements.
  • The truck will always need to leave by 1-minute: Don't miss the bus or complain if you do. Yes, 5 seconds can potentially make or break a situation.
  • I understand balancing limitations however I hate playing against some of my own guys.

Pros:
  • Great communications within the fire team.
  • Great role swapping throughout
  • I think the idea of the operation was necessary if we're going to continue scrimming and was glad to see it implemented.

Cons:
  • A bit slow. Feels like we didn't do much.
  • Rounds too short to be engaging.

Pros:
  • Great Squad comms, everyone brought their A-game
  • Good maneuvering, good SBF

Cons:
  • Having recon focus mid point is important
  • Troopers thought that 15 minutes was a bit too short - would rather half hour
  • Squads need to clear their damn sectors

Pros:
  • Squad worked well together
  • good use of communication
  • Great defense on Dugout

Cons:
  • 15 minutes not working or fun.
  • 30 minutes 2 sessions for 1st hour | regular match the second hour
  • Want to have more regular gameplay, felt like that wasn't explained to well right off the bat.

Pros:
  • Great Squad

Cons:
  • i was yelled at stating i am not in the chain of command to be quiet. (i was just stating to my SL that a drop had dropped behind our lines and to relay this to our commander, he stated his game crashed.) (HIGHLYY DISREPECTFUL!)
  • The com set-up!

Pros:
  • Effective use of role swapping
  • 15 minute run time is good for the simulation of the OP's intention
  • Good call outs and positioning within the squad

Cons:
  • By chance, I felt the maps favored team 1, three times in a row
  • Having a small in-game squad made me feel more limited in what I could accomplish
  • Having less than 50v50 does change the dynamic more in favor of who caps first because of a lack of manpower for a counter assault
  • Needed maybe a little more direction from the team SL
  • Garrison placement felt ad hoc and suboptimal

Pros:
  • Good practice for scrimmages.
  • Strong tank internal and team communication.
  • Fun tank battles.

Cons:
  • Fifteen minutes was not long enough for teams to develop a push (hopefully one that takes advantage of friendly armor).
  • Limited player count and time constraints dramatically changed the game meta; training specifically to get on point as quickly as possible is great but there was limited training value after the initial push.

Pros:
  • Good turnout (much better than past attempts at this same style of operation)

Cons:
  • Need more practice driving trucks
  • When issues occur (such as losing a squad lead or commander), we need to adjust strategy accordingly, especially if they were fulfilling a critical role (i.e. backup garrison)
  • Other squads leads need to take the initiative, be aggressive, and actively seeking out things we need (flanking garrisons, rebuilding defensive garrisons)
Other notes:
  • With small operations like this, maybe it would be better to just have everybody use in-game coms. Many tournaments are based on small teams, seeing as it's hard to field a full team of 50 people for any clan. Food for thought.
  • Operations structured in this manner are always going to make it difficult to get large turnout. Perhaps SLs could explain the intent of this operation to their troopers throughout the week. Those who are interested in playing to the meta of the game or just playing at a higher level will be drawn towards these practices as a result. SP is the best time to get troopers attention about events going on the 7th, especially for newer people who don't know how to navigate the forums.
