Pros:

The server went down in the middle of the Op
The comms were a bit lax and confusing
There were mixed signals on the exfil causing people to be left behind

Pros:

• Platoon Comms were good at most points. Good comms between 1 and 3 during the airport assault.
• Overall scheme of maneuever was very basic but effective. It put agency in the SLs hands which allowed for adaptability.
• Good squad movement and mutual support.

Cons:

• Theme of the OP enabled a lack of discipline at key points.
• Last contact was chaotic - people weren't sure if people were randomly firing or if they were engaging contacts due to a lack of a callout.
• Uniform regs being changed at the last second to fit the theme resulted in people leaving utility items like entrenching tools behind and PCCs not being conducted properly by FTLs due to being rushed.
• An SL should have been delegated prior to mission start to handle overflow.
• Individuals not bothering to render aid to uncon trooper when distracted by mission critical items in a cleared objective.
