Pros:
  • Lot to be learned about Communication and finding something that works for Tankers.
  • Lessons learned for future coordination, and FTX balancing.
  • Some really good individual efforts at the squad/tank level. Lots of positives to work off of moving forward.
  • Artillery was devastatingly effective.
  • Massive challenge handled extremely well
  • Got 28 B.Co, C.Co, 1 member of 2-7 Batt staff and 1 member of 1-7, fantastic turn out to any event let alone an FTX. Thank you to everyone who showed up!
Cons:
  • Poor/sloppy start, got behind the 8 ball early.
  • Multiple Breaks in ROE from Cadre killed all momentum, was never recovered. On me to have called a Reset, will ensure it happens next time.
  • Balancing issues, should have ensured at least 3 tanks fielded by cadre to even out infantry numbers(27 v 17) regardless of cadre commander preferences. Not enough to support 6 tanks + maintain a front against 10 extra infantry.
  • Fuel and Tank timer issues

Pros:
  • Good FTX, My tank platoon did well in using the infantry and coordination. They executed orders well and to the letter
  • GREAT cadre turn out had 64 people in the FTX was amazing

Cons:
  • Not enough mechanized infantry to support 6 whole tanks (this is most likely due to the actual meta of the game itself and not something to do with cav tactics)
  • Not enough Fuel!
  • The coordination at the beginning was very cut off and did not go well
  • Rules when set need to be followed, there were some areas that were starting to cap and detracted from our objectives and added to the outcome of the match

  • Really great team tactics

Pros:

  • Within the crew, we all felt very satisfied with our tank's perfomance.
  • Very much had fun
  • Strider's Platoon kept up good comms most of the time, including some good battle buddy moments between mine and Virgil's tank.
Cons:
  • Coordination with everyone else felt very rough, really putting into question our comms system in regards to armor-infantry coordination.
  • Amount of infantry lacked, therefore the spread of infantry support for all tanks suffered

Pros:

  • Had Fun
  • Crews liked the concept

Cons:
  • Lacked coordination
  • Communications not like we practice so were not effective
  • Lack of fuel - More nodes were built but should have been done quicker
  • Restrictions too much against us, completely open to Cadre. We need to try and even this out or have the favor to us and index and limit us if we are overpowering.

  • Phenomenal maneuvering and effectiveness
  • Squad eliminated 12 enemy tanks and achieved a combat effectiveness score of almost 2100
  • Excellent communication

  • The enemy infantry was like a bad bra - not enough support.

Pros:
  • A fun, challenging concept
  • Thank you for the work that went into this
  • Appreciated difficult odds
  • Hard fighting
  • Well placed artillery and coordination with.

Cons:
  • Too many tanks. Not enough infantry. (A concept I'd like to revisit)
  • Not enough infantry to cover tanks and push points
  • The start was too slow: didn't leave point until 2:10 had passed. HUGE when a cap race is at large.
  • No assignments with tanks; therefore minimal communication bc the tanks tanked. The infantry infan-tried.
  • The Rally felt rushed and an opportunity to fully discuss the ordered approach was minimal.
  • The issue regarding the ROE
  • Incorrect Comm utilization led to an extreme amount of clogged comms in the first 5 minutes. (perhaps this should be revisited by all sections)
