Pros:
  • Vehicle crews started to get a good grasp of covering the infantry squads as they advanced on targets.
  • Atlas was effective at setting CCPs and treating members quickly.
  • We took PWs without killing them. That's a plus.
Cons:
  • ACE checks were few and far between when called for.
  • We are mechanized Infantry not Scouts. We need to start striking like that.
  • Better identification of friendly forces to avoid friendly fire.
  • 5 needs a Gunner Slot.

Pros
  • Good communication
  • Good fireteams
  • Platoon movements was very well coordinated
  • Nice inclusion of Raider, Integrates really well with Viking.
  • Great set-piece where we neutralised 2x MBTs from a hidden position
Cons
  • Blue on Blue on several occasions
  • Some adjacent elements were caught up in serious contact resulting in mass-cas situations
  • Initial attack on objective was difficult to understand, after the break contact to the south things became much clearer.

Sergeant Holiday.T
Major Bunnel.M

Pros:
  • The turnout was good
  • The contact seemed to be decently balanced in a combat standpoint
Cons:

  • The leadership felt fragmented throughout the decisions During the operation.

  • Self-aid needs to be done especially when Atlas is working on red tags, and yellow tags are walking away before even being treated.

  • EPWs were either not relayed at KT2 and some were left unbound.

  • Infantry overall didn't seem to listen to medical personnel when it comes to their own care and patient care.

  • The communication between Sierra and Atlas was poor, and the communication between Viking-7 and Atlas was a bit poor.

Pros:
  • Good team & use of buddy teams
  • Good self defense and weapon handling.
  • Good use of tactical movements and security by the Team
  • We enjoyed ourselves
Cons:
  • Communication in general.
  • High amount of black tags.
  • Few calls received and very delayed calls received.
  • I was stuck in the foundation of a building for a short while.
  • One ATLAS member was hit by arty (but lived).
  • Long initial movement. Missed most of the cinematic from being in the back of a windowless vic sadly.
  • I was tired and not on my A game today.

  • This is not for aimed at anyone in specific. Troopers please remember ATLAS is not a personal bandage bitch. Unless directed otherwise, self first-aid must be done to preserve your own lives even whilst at a CCP. If you are conscious you are not a priority im afraid. Please do not just consciously stand there bleeding or worse yelling to a working medic that you're going to die when you have the means to stop it yourself until ATLAS can stitch and medicate you.

Pros:
  • The squad's movement was great.
  • Night ops are always much appreciated.
  • The squad supported Sierra well.
  • Op was well-orchestrated (We always love a good Captain Beiter.A made Op)
Cons:
  • The Platoon was overwelling while moving up the main MSR on the second push into the town.
  • Reaction to IDF was not conducted well.
  • Squads did not seem to understand the main focus of the objectives, which translated poorly for the troopers in the squad.
  • From the squad's perspective, it seemed as though Viking-5 and Viking-6 were not on the same page on how troop movement should have been conducted.
  • Security for the Sierras moving up the main MSR was not conducted well.
  • All troop movements after stepping off for reattack was fragoed, which added to the confusion of the squads.

Element Leader: First Lieutenant Sam.T

Pros:

  • Shot down a helicopter.
  • Good Atlas team members today; no micro-management needed. Always my preferred situation.
  • Per Atlas, good CLS aid.
  • Some MEDREPs send over cTab, awesome to see and definitely helped mitigate some of the conns.
  • There was an Excellent Atlas turnout, with two full teams of more than 50% active duty Cav and some familiar public faces.
  • Good chats with Buffalo while -5 was preoccupied.
Cons:
  • BLUE on BLUE.
  • CCP positioned on top of Viking-4 blocking/SBF position during OP Plan (not SOP, nor wise).
  • The majority of casualties expired prior to Atlas's arrival due to a lack of interventions and an extreme injury count. (In the real, there were 15 black tags out of the ~20 total casualties this OP.)
  • Lack of individual trooper aide and buddy aide.
  • Sub-par platoon net communication, brevity, and call formating.
  • Calls are being sent directly to Atlas over the platoon net. (They are not monitoring this net and are maneuvering behind the platoon.)
  • Lack of key information during casualty calls. Most Platoon Medics don't expect a neatly formatted 6-line MEDEVAC, but knowing how many casualties and the security status is important for allocating medical resources.
  • Lack of clearly expressed platoon intent prior to stepping off. Left the staging area generally unsure if we were assaulting enemy positions or actioning a defense.
  • Very slow reaction time and movements from the platoon.
  • Having the Platoon Medic aid in crewing the -5 vehicle quickly led to having 6 nets to monitor, twice the normal amount for the platoon medic. Having a full vehicle crew for -5 while -7 simply uses the vehicle for transport would be superior. The -7 task load tonight was much higher than usual, compounded with the lackluster net etiquette, leading to subpar relays to Atlas.
  • Handing off EPWs to Atlas did not align with the briefed personnel plan, and Atlas teams were taken off station during the higher casualty portion of the OP to handle said EPWs.
