[Charlie Company] Tactical Tuesday Initiative
Charlie Company is proud to introduce Tactical Tuesday, a recurring training initiative designed to reinforce core infantry skills, leadership development, and tactical proficiency across the Company and Battalion.Purpose:
Tactical Tuesday will mirror the Charlie Company Training Plan, providing structured and meaningful opportunities for troopers to complete make-ups for missed Section Practices while maintaining training continuity. This ensures all personnel remain aligned with current training objectives and standards.
Execution:
These sessions will be primarily hosted and facilitated by Charlie Company Staff, with a focus on delivering clear instruction, proper demonstration, and practical application of key tasks. Training will emphasize not just the "how," but the "why," ensuring participants understand doctrine and can apply it effectively in operational environments.
Battalion Integration:
While led by Charlie Company, Tactical Tuesday is open to all Battalion staff and leadership who wish to participate, assist in instruction, or further develop their own training capabilities. This initiative is an opportunity to standardize best practices, share knowledge, and build cohesion across the Battalion.
Public Access:
Tactical Tuesday is also open to the public, providing an opportunity for prospective members and guests to experience 7CAV training, learn foundational tactics, and engage with the community in a structured and professional environment.
End State:
A more tactically proficient, confident, and cohesive force capable of executing missions to standard, with leaders who can effectively train and develop their troopers.
