Conduct operations to achieve persistent situational awareness, ensure defense of critical infrastructure and assets, and enable controlled offensive actions upon authorization. Maintain sustained operational capability across all phases.

End State

Mission success is defined by:

• Secure and defensible borders under friendly control
• Protection of cross-border assets and lines of communication
• Continuous operational presence without triggering unacceptable escalation
