Pros:

• Great squad level tactics
• Great way to hone gun skills
• Communication within some squads was fantastic
• Great anticipation of enemy movement
• More participation would always be better
• Great way to tell the difference between types of firearms
• Great way to hone skills without worrying about tanks and air strikes

Cons:

• Chit-chat needs to be less
• If you see someone go down, be ready for contact
