Pros:

• The design of the operation was creative and fun
• Good coordination on the team, even without a commander
• The changes made on the fly were sensible, and well considered
• I was really encouraged by the people who came out to support the OP even though we have been having so many game issues since the update. It reminded me that as long as we are all here working together, we can succeed as a team.

Cons:

• I would have loved to see more people
