Pros:
Everyone had a lot of fun
Pushed very well and worked well within squad
Callouts of enemy garrisons and OP's helped
Cons:
Rally was quiet and some were not sure it was the FTX and thought it was a squad ftx
2 one-man teams seemed out of place just running around might have been better in supply trucks

Pros:
  • Good comms within squad
  • Good ping and responses to enemy pushes on command comms
  • Fun event

Cons:
  • Wish we could have been able to push into the red before the last point
  • Timing of points caused us to pull back when we feel like we could have defended the point, especially chapel
  • I thought the axis were going to hold to the designated path with 2 squares, although it kept the game a lot more interesting because they didn't.

Element Callsign: Allies ''Fox'' Infantry Squad
Element Leader: Corporal Angels.N
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Sergeant Moreau.M
Private First Class Doss.R

Pros:
  • Great Communication on Command chat and inner squad.
  • Movement and pings were spot on.
  • My squad, we weren't a lot but we did a lot of damage.

Cons:
  • Not really a con but the Axis tanks and the movement of infantry was outstanding to watch.

Corporal Koalafied.C
Specialist Sibley.K

Pros

  • Fun op, very simple
  • Good comms from Allied command dictating op procedure and adjustments
  • Cadre barely got the win
  • We were very happy with our performance even when outnumbered 2-to-1
  • 8 tank kills vs. only 7 deaths, good fight
Cons
  • Honestly, none

Element Callsign: Allies 'A' Squad
Element Leader: Corporal Slagg.J
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Major Rollins.R
Specialist Murdock.T
Private First Class Akul.A

Pros:
1. Well put together, fun FTX. Simple but challenging and a good test of skills.
2. Axis flexed direction effectively and frequently.
3. Allies were organised, effective and did a great job in defence all round.

Cons:
1. Axis supply drop garrys were quite easy to locate end neutralise.
2. Axis, whilst flexible, were often caught moving in ones and twos making them easy to reduce.

Element Callsign: Axis Commander
Element Leader: Second Lieutenant Maines.Z
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Second Lieutenant Maines.Z

Pros:

  • Capturing of points up to the end were spot on, especially when it came to resetting to capture the next point. Garrisons were put up swiftly both in blue and red zone
  • Infantry escorting tanks up to the end were flawless
  • Communications between elements seemed natural and calm
Cons:
  • Overall, me just sprinting around the map wasn't very effective, especially towards the end. It seemed the enemy could tell that I was just attempting to distract rather than actually cause damage
  • Around the capture of last point, I had been rattled by a personal issue at home and tried to stick through it to the end. Due to this, I had resorted to throwing Infantry and Tanks directly at the last point 3 times in the same manner as before (the definition of Insanity).
  • Also because of above, I could not really lock back in and truly assess certain situations thoroughly. The only TRUE "adaptation" that I had was a hopeless Luchs run up the beach which netted very little relative to the effort and resources it took to do it.

SPC.Milkovic.D (7-man)

Pros:

  • Enjoyable and well-thought scenario
  • Usage of tanks was on point, leading to some incredible pushes
  • Comms and pings were very well done on Squad level

Cons:

  • tactics and pushes seemed quite messy at times, with no real direction
  • felt like infantry did not have the numbers to effectively protect and repair tanks in most encounters
  • sometimes leadership comms had no direction
  • a lot of instances of people attacking in the open, sprinting through fields unprotected

Element Callsign: Axis Lead TC "Centaur"
Element Leader: Staff Sergeant Konn.G
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Specialist Pollock.R
Specialist Kajtar.P

Pros:

Despite the limited infantry numbers, infantry support was one of the best I have seen so far (great job Corporal Yee.L). Great local communication with surrounding infantry and constant repair from engineers (Specialist Rowe.S).

The great SBF provided for the attacking squads by our armor, ensured the success of the axis offensive up to the last point.

Clear and on point communications both tank to tank and command chat.

Cons:

The composition of the teams was completed on the last minute which gave us no room to plan our moves prior to the FTX. I believe that prior planning of the SLs - TCs and Commander is really important for the smooth and cohesive flow of the operation. In this case it didn't cause a major problems but sometimes there was a feeling of loss of direction.
