Element Callsign: Tank callsign "Nassau"
Element Leader:
Sergeant Laui.M
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:
Sergeant Laui.M
Specialist Heinz.B (second half)
Private First Class Shabz.A
Private Kajtar.P (first half)

Pros:
  • Great callouts from infantry. Shoutout to Robertson; thank you for all the callouts on command chat when engineers were running towards us.
  • Abundance of tank markers, in a good way. Never felt clueless as to where tanks were.
  • New crew members, we did well all things considered.
Cons:
  • Map switching was a little jarring. I think it really pulled people out of focus. Putting this here as a formality — I know Mueller is aware and it was a simple case of bad luck.

Recruit Fortescue.C

Pros:
  • It felt like a fair match for both teams.
    • 1st Match: Axis 25 : 40 Allies
    • 2nd Match: Axis 60 : 5 Allies
Capture of the strong point at 1:02 IGT could have turned the result in our favor with 65 : 70, but the opposing team's defensive strategy was unconquerable.
  • Great command comms. Only the most important things were said. This strengthens communication capabilities within the squad and avoids distraction.
  • Lots of tanks mean lots of explosions. Lots of explosions means lots of fun. Maybe 1 tank less would have been better due to the number of players
Cons:
  • Random map flips are horrible. Everyone in S3 Ops should get the map flip tool.
  • It was extremely difficult to maintain the garrisons due to a lack of support players. In the next OP of this type, each team will have a designated support player.

Element Callsign: Charlie/Easy Axis Infantry Squad
Element Leader: Corporal Nate Angels
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Specialist Milivojevic Darko
Specialist Benjamin Suplee
Private Wolf Arnold

Pros:
  • Operation was fun action.
  • Good communication in Command chat and in Squad chat.
  • Great movement inner squad.
Cons:
  • Operation felt rushed from the start, from attendance.
  • Tactics for the whole of our team felt on the spot and more reaction to contact than attack the enemy.
  • Some rules were bent and we would get told but it felt like it was more let go for the enemy.

Element Callsign: Infantry Squad Lead. Allies: Foxtrot, - Axis: Bravo.
Element Leader: CPL. Lemon.D.
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

SPC. Yee
SSG. Mulholland
PVT. Fortescue
SGT. Riley
SPC. Leaf

Pros:
  • Good Communication, inter-squad and intra-squad.
  • Focused Op was popular with squad. They enjoyed focussed fighting.
  • Simplicity of objective made sure troopers knew what they were doing
  • Overall, great operation!
Cons:
  • Equal force made it tough to win gunfights for our squad, (though this is really a positive)
  • My personal Outpost placement was poor. Could have been better on Garrisons and OPs.
  • Better choice of attack routes to be chosen by me - too many picked off by snipers.

Element Callsign: Lead TC callsign "Centaur"
Element Leader: Staff Sergeant Konn.G
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Corporal Mogensen.J
Specialist Heinz.B (first half)
Private Kajtar.P (second half)

Pros:
  • Great tank vs tank performance. Both from newer members and veterans.
  • Intense and constant tank fights made it really interesting. GGs to enemy tankers.
  • Great infantry-tank coordination.
  • Excellent Command Communication.
  • Simple and fun Operation concept.
Cons:
  • Map switching needs to be done with the "strongpoint selector" tool when we need specific points, instead of counting to luck for the right points.

Element Callsign: Recon Allies Round 1 / Axis Round 2
Element Leader: Second Lieutenant Carmine.J
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Specialist Eckert.B

Pros:
  • The design of the FTX was fair and balanced. Not too many obnoxious restrictions and that allowed both teams to play to the fullest of their abilities. Just had to pay attention to boundary restrictions when we owned the hardpoint.
  • Recon to Armor communication was great. Multiple times marks were relayed & armor responded.
  • I showed my sniper a few sneaky spots in the first round that he was able to use effectively.
  • Our teams recon teams were extremely effective. Multiple times our Recon teams bounded together into the point and sacked several garrisons. I personally grabbed 4 rear garrisons the first round and 2 garrisons directly on the hardpoint in the second round.
Cons:
  • I know we were light on infantry, we had 3 fireteams with a total of 14 guys making up our infantry. I don't feel like they were on the hardpoint nearly enough, especially in the 2nd match. I pushed in and wiped so many spawns in the second round and got into the church multiple times to hold out for a few minutes and our infantry support never arrived to capture the point. I saw both of our teams recon squads on the point more than our infantry. Our armor teams were never going to safely push into the hardpoints without infantry support either.
  • Overall we just never had the weight to capture or hold the hardpoints, we barely held the first round and got completely crushed the second round.

The list of names was incorrect until just now. I have changed Davis.T for Davis.O. If someone from your squad is missing, please let me know.
