Specialist Whitfield.L (Stella-2)

Sustains -

  • Effective ISR, able to defeat multiple QRFs approaching from secondary objective
  • Towards the end of the Operation, completely decimated a treeline
  • Solid, Concise, Efficient Fire Missions from INFIDEL on LR12
  • STELLAR Flight worked together, providing BDAs & Talk-Ons to Targets
  • Lots of Rocket types variants & to play with
  • Felt great to be on the other side of the SU-25

Improves -
  • Unable to Repair/Switch Pylons on SU-25s at Airbase
  • Lost x2 Stellars during bombing runs (Blast Radius insanely large on Bombs)
  • Upon ejection from the RHS SU-25, all Radio Equipment waa lost due to Parachute replacing Backpack slot
  • On Map, Enemy Targets were marked with OPFOR Red color while ESKI were also colored OPFOR Red making quick glances at map difficult.

Pros:
  • Both ESKI-1 and ESKI-2 worked well together to push both towns of Vybor and Pustoshka
  • Great work from each infantry squad with moving into the final town and making their way to eliminate enemy forces
  • CAS/Stella planes did get work clearing towns, reacting and eliminating enemy vehicles and QRF forces
  • Good communications and movement from all elements
Cons:
  • Slightly chaotic with pushing towns as both squads ESKI 1 and 2 had to hold positions with taking heavy fire and slight medical issues
  • Dying apparently resets radio PTTs and channels
  • Re-inserts were slightly confusing and required a vehicle to be spawned/made available

Cons
  • Should of set up 2ic
  • should of set up spare LR
  • IFF was very hard
Special
  • Interacted with IDAP medal teams, got them to pull back to not be injured.
  • Took down 3 USA troops, collected tags, one was using a AK variants, the rest M4's

Pros
  • Good communications within element
  • Good communications with Eski-7
  • No loss of life within element
  • No black casualty among treated
Cons
  • Full medics assigned to the squads meant noone calling for Voskov-1
  • Only way we would get anything to do was by running with the infantry instead of holding back

Pros:
  • Good and enjoyable times reported by all. Troopers welcomed the challenges and constraints of the AOs.
  • Despite forces thrown at us, and unexpected situations, the squad remained effective and managed to hold back and engage numerous enemy counterparts.
  • Brutal and unlucky moments did not shadow overall fun of the mission.
  • Highly accurate and effective fire from all force multipliers within squad.
  • Medical procedures from all troopers was perfect and allowed quick treating from CLS on all types of casualties.
  • Improved starting loadouts allowed for quicker set up time and equipment checks.
  • Effective drone management and spotting from squad once again allowed for accurate marking along with identifying IDAP camp to 6.
  • Lovely little details such as ground shakes from heavy air ordinance, and enemy surrendering via white flag, added to immersion.
  • Managed to halt Morrow from using AT this time!
Cons:
  • Shortcomings with the AI and buildings allowed enemy to shoot through walls and doors unseen at first Objective. Kept us non combat effective for a good portion of first half.
  • IDF a bit brutal and slowed good progress through latter part of phase lines in the second objective.
  • Rubber banding reported by troopers.
  • Suggest return to old way of WFW medical with CLS only being able to give blood but not stitch.
