Pros:
  • Lots of fun to be had on both sides
  • Great sportsmanship shown by both teams
  • General mission chaos created a lot of chances for leadership from all troopers
Cons:
  • Arsenals led to a lot of meta-gaming which turned into a lot of troopers breaking house rules and straying out of their role (The commissar would like to know if there a problem with your rifle comrade)
  • Respawns should be reworked to improve general mission flow, allowing captured points to act as respawn positions could be a solution

Pros:
  • NVT god gun
  • Soviet Troopers worked well in small detachments
  • Lots of URAH & high spirits

Cons:
  • Unable to respond to MCIs/establish CCPs due to lack of efficient Communication with Radios & Signals
  • Single Medic for entire Soviet Force (~18)
  • Troopers were able to respawn quicker than receiving Medical Treatment

Pros
  • Refreshing to play PVP. Changing and morphing our OP formats means more attendance and keeps it interesting.
  • The battlefield/conflict chosen was also a unique "side war" that is often overlooked in history
  • Zeus acted quickly when things went "wonky"
Cons
  • Disorientating. No compass, shack tac, or any other aides
  • Medical systems were under utilized throughout
  • Squad and unit cohesion was dust in the wind

Pros
  • Time period and game mode added a lot of flavor to the standard PvP
  • Restricted weapons led to fun firefights with other "riflemen"
  • Impromptu charge at the end led to incredible atmospheric and overall fun for the entirety of the Russian side
  • Adaptability from squads led to effective offensive and defensive action.
  • Incredible conscripted tank crew secured final objective
Cons
  • Got a bit disorganized once combat start as expected of a PvP operation
  • Radio bugged so had to be dropped basically at the start of the operation. Communication limited to in-person verbal.
  • AI literally firing on us from at spawn
  • A single AT grenade blew up our captured sherman AND the building it was next to.

Pros:
-No Salt
-Fun
-A lot of learning experiences ie (bounding, smoke usages, danger crossings, chain of command break down)
-Hilarious shit-talking moments in-between rifle shots

Cons:
-Radios went down
-At one point too many SMG's however it was dealt with
-The arsenal lacked watches compasses. which lead to weird DUI hud issues
-Mobile respawns were broken or never worked
-After Squad initial contact, I never found my full squad in one location after due to the nature of PVP and its chaos.

SL remarks:
-I would like to see an improved re-spawn system in the future
-I would like to see more PVPVE however instead of having a "independent" force maybe both sides have AI to give a feel of a larger battle (much like the historical accurate version of this fight felt like)
-Con and Pro, the medics didnt get to medic much during pvp, due to it being easier to die, constant human waves dying in obvious danger areas, a load of grenades interrupting their progress
