Pros:

• Top 5 OPs centered around tanks
• Both new privates had a great time
• Rolling 5 IS1s was chaotic, confusing, but a huge amount of fun
  • We went from two full tank crews to one person shy of five full crews
• Great OP to end the year on!

Cons:

• Russian tanks

Pros:
A LOT of fun.
Very well thought out plan. Not too overwhelming or over thought.
Squad cohesion was top tier. Communication was perfect within squad.

Cons:
VERY VERY Last-minute commander assigned.
Command comms cluttered with too much chatter of unnecessary calls.

Pros:

• Lots of fun
• Great coms, great movement.
• loved the Op

Cons:

• didnt feel like we should have left windmills which allowed enemy airborne units to sneak into our backline.

Pros: The guys loved this event. It kicked ass.

Cons: Comms at times were crazy at times and not in a good way. If people need to repeat themselves several times thats an issue we need to do better when it comes to that.

Pros:

• Great game plan for the OP (7-manning into tanks)
• Excelent flow with the men taking the Eastern flank at the end

Cons:

• Map is really rough in INF with so much open space
• Was a really hard meat grinder in our AO (center on the hill)
• Command comms were good but could def be improved from clutter

Pros:

• Squad was amazing! very responsive to orders, solid coms, moved & coordinated really well together
• Fighting over the same trench for 90 minutes was genuinely a blast
• Soviets did a great job keeping us busy to the point where we couldn't spare a man to construct defenses or AT guns
• OP Ords were clear and simple - made for a really fun match
• Held mid for over an hour, final result came down to literally the last second

Pros:

• Clear and concise OPORD that had simple rules to follow, no confusion in the heat of battle.
• My guys took the initiative on support swaps, buildables, and reacting to contact
• Communication was also clear and concise, especially inter squad. Even if command coms got hectic at times I could hear the calls I needed to hear.

Cons:

• Windmills is tough to hold.

Solids

• Great plan, envelopments are the way to go.
• Solid squad, good comms.
• 7-man tactics worked pretty well
• Held the Germans by the face while they ran at us swinging south of Yamki on the defense
• Heinz brought the energy
• Jay and Mendoza brought the supplies
• Riley brought the bazooka, nuff said

Improvements

• Enemy tank dominance was crazy
• Too long to adapt to changing circumstances
• Command comms was loud
• Paulls was THIS CLOSE to getting 10 revives

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros:

• Nice simple OPORD made for a nice simple plan, which was good for last minute planning
• SLs and TCs were comfortable and confident in their zones, yet really flexible and responsive
• Match start tactics were on point, all nodes were up before wall drop
• Loved the limit on defender spawns, was a unique twist that added a rewarding challenge
• We were nearly able to retake Yamki in the last couple minutes, just needed 10 more seconds. Excellent recovery
• Was a close fight right up to the end. You should have heard the cheers at the end of the match!

Cons:

• I made mistakes with halftracks, wasting too much time
• Need better timing on commander abilities
• May have needed one more small infantry section to patrol and maintain backline garrisons, they all got burnt pretty quick at the end
• Airhead at the end was too late, pulling troops away from the needed push

Pros:
-had fun spotting from the rear spotted lots of tanks, Garry's, half tracks, trucks , and infantry
-7 Garry's for me alone, destroyed. they allways seemed to be in same area. Switch it up a bit if you're losing them in the same spot!
-good tank move with the 5 tanks!
-Good back and forth. Just from our infantry trying to set up in there AO's
-Great OP to end the year on!
Cons:
-camping arty sucks lol and nodes are slow! Not much to say we both had fun in the back line. ( Rowe held down arty!)
-sucked we didn't take it with the 5 tank push. Maybe once we lost windmill, if we halted and or reset and reversed out to let infantry re-establish we could have re armed and tried again .

Pros:
Super fun, squad stuck together very well and communicated well.
Korfias, Komar, Lee, and Bean helped me get though the final stages of the attendance sheet and discord mission control in discord

Cons:
First time running an op and could have done better explaining things.
