Pros:
  • Lots of tasking, clearance to destroy a whole lot of enemies in defense of ground crews
  • 3 Air to Air kills
  • Excellent coordination with Raider
  • First hour was a change of pace
Cons:
  • Server performance
  • Excellent idea with the "Aircraft Carrier", the execution led to a helicopter crashing during autorotation due to uneven terrain

Pros:
60mm mortars were great to use
Talking guns with mortars
Good use of explosives
Great team to work with
Concept was really cool, need to figure out the ticket system
Platoon comms were good, chaotic but still conveyed information
Self control with being set up near an open arsenal
Lots of fire missions
Snowman at AAR

Cons:
82mm mortars were pretty rough to use, had a bunch of issues with range tables
Some frame issues towards the end
Lack of BDA from some of our calls for fires

Things to change:
Choice for larger backpacks when explosives are being used
Repair kits and perms for the team when expected to use vehicles

Pros:

  • Lots of tasking, clearance to destroy a whole lot of enemies in defense of ground crews
  • Infantry apricated show of force
  • Excellent coordination with Hog
  • First hour was a change of pace
    • Would be better on a bigger map with separate tasking that took up that hour like ISR or destroy x target
Cons:
  • Server performance
    • Rubber banding was an issue with the gunner
  • Excellent idea with the "Aircraft Carrier", the execution led to a helicopter crashing during autorotation due to uneven terrain
  • Lack Of Chaos

Pros:
  • New surgeon learning the fracture system
  • Good use of CCP with good CCP placement and moving causalities
  • Good buddy aid with troopers
  • Plenty of work to do
  • Good react and taking cover to IDF, which IDF level was high
  • Low black tags
Cons:
  • High amount of double fractures (possibly due to lag)
  • Lag in general with rubber banding and medical menu delayed update
  • Low amount of medical personnel with some connection issues making it difficult to deal with larger causality counts

Element Callsign: Sierra-3
Element Leader: Corporal Shepard.S
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Corporal Shepard.S
Specialist Shere.J

Pros:
  • Great crew comms, target acquisition, and TRPs.
  • Good self aid/buddy aid within crew.
  • Efficient vehicle repairs to get back in the fight quickly.
  • Due to the mostly static positions, the driver was often utilized in the Commander seat which led to a bit of a "full crew" feel. Having three pers crews in future ops would be nice.
Cons:
  • Inter-Sierra comms didn't materialize on 53.1.
  • Spot Reps & LACEs were acknowledged, but forgotten by leadership leading to some priority targets not being engaged in a timely manner.
  • I respawned on top of my own body.
  • Did not have the option to adjust Sierra ammo loadout.
  • After first crew casualties Specialist Shere.J was unable to equip his NVGs, and was essentially driving blind.

Pros:
  • A very enjoyable mission.
  • Excellent utilization of CCP's by infantry.
  • Excellent buddy/personal aid given by troopers
  • Ok coms with squad leads on platoon
  • Platoon coms were a little chaotic at times
  • ATLAS-1 did a good job supporting Viking Squad and Bandit-2 on the west side of the center OBJ
Cons:
  • Would have been nice to have at least one more medic to attach to myself but we made it work
  • First mascas was a false call leaving CCP Rumi closed for an extended period
  • Tickets script didnt work for some reason
  • Random hangups and very slow refresh rate from the medical menu along with medical menu desync.

Pros:
  • Ok, coms with squad leads on the platoon net.
  • Platoon coms were a little chaotic at times.
  • Troopers held off multiple attacks from multiple sides in an efficient manner.
  • ACE/LACE reports were routed up to me quickly and effectively, giving an idea of what squads needed.
  • The squads ' reaction to IDF was good as it came in.
  • Buddy aid was done well and allowed squads to maintain their designated positions.
  • This was another Operation for the books. It was a perfect time, and they seemed to be liked by those who partook.
  • Having an ATLAS-3 Team was a resource that was very helpful to the platoon.
Cons:
  • The demo set on the choke points was not super effective at stopping enemy forces from approaching our entrenched positions.
  • Decynce issues during the operation caused some delays in medical and fighting.
  • The placement of the demo on choke points took longer than expected, and it would have been helpful to have a fireteam assist.
