Pros:
  • Very great work within our individual roles
  • Shoutout to Landini.T for first time use of AT role
  • Everyone did well with covering their sectors and also calling out enemy targets
  • We were able to destroy plenty of obstacles with the use of satchels to allow our tanks to move forward
  • Fantastic defense on Western Approach and utilizing buddy teams.
Cons:
  • More cadre needed
  • Enemy artillery was halting our ability to regroup with our designated tank that we were trying to protect

Pros:
  • Infantry support keep to the sides of the roads and the tank so as not to get in front of the drivers machine gun
  • Tanks did a good job of sticking together at first
  • Command communication was helpful
Cons:
  • Miscommunication on original plan
  • Command chat got a little to loud/unnecessary chatter

Cons:
  • A bit disorganized after taking Western Approach
  • Engagement with the Tiger was a little rusty, could've been executed better
  • One of our members need to leave early

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros:
  • Great Comms
  • Working with the infantry in the town was superb
  • my tank column worked really well together
Cons:
  • Cohesion broke down in open field with objectives splitting off
  • Tank coordination to attack an entrenched enemy armor needs work
  • More armor SL's were needed, as the coordinator of the armor was made to lead a tank I think this helped in our the break down in armor coordination once the tiger objective was started
Overall Awesome Op, would love to run it again.

Pros:
  • Devasted an entire armor division with vastly inferior numbers
Cons:
  • Tank battle was a bit forced, would suggest letting these play out more naturally, as they had been during the match
  • Asking a vastly inferior force to counter attack was ill advised, that part was a bit frustrating, but otherwise everything else was enjoyable!
Savage.A Chuland.O Brough.C since it was techniqually an op be sure to post an AAR, thanks fellas!

Pros:
  • Good work within our individual roles
  • PVT Smith did a good job for his first time driving in an OP/FTX
  • Major Rogers.S was the gunner and was able to deploy smoke rounds to our objective and delay the enemy from reinforcing the objective because of obscurement
  • Gunner did well to suppress the enemy on the flank and not allow them to infiltrate our flanks
  • Fantastic assault on Western Approach allowing us to take objective rather quickly and hold til the end of match
Cons:
  • More cadre needed
  • 75's were no match for a very well hulled down tiger with it's rear end against the no go area.

Pros:
-Great coordination for the initial assault
-Good comms throughout
-Great to see 34 members of A.Co make it out to the FTX
-great feedback and lessons learned for the next FTX
-everyone seemed to have a good time

Cons:
-Sloppy final push
-Low number of Cadre (understandable given Memorial Day weekend) But made for good training with 3-1 ratio.
-Full turnout would be awesome
-Coordination break downs between tanks and infantry and commander and artillery
-Commander rendered obsolete with PL's commanding the sections.
