Pros:
Good squad comms
Good amount of work
Good teamwork when working on patients

Cons:
A lot of downtime for the platoon
Tons of black tags
Lack of comms led to general confusion on what was going on
Use of mines that weren't briefed
Op was great for the first 2 hours and that last hour could have honestly been skipped
Issues with the kits led to surgeon kits needing to be built on the fly

  • Excellent wrap up of the campaign was OUTSTANDING!
Cons
  • Use of OPFOR equipment that isn't authorized!!
  • Mixing of lanes and lane integrity
  • Situational awareness
  • Mutual support range
  • Buddy aid wasn't around
  • Leadership around the airfield fell apart and lack of spot reps for the last assault
  • Contact Reporting

Pros:
  • Excellent communication between Duke Flight and Falcon
  • Warheads on Foreheads extravaganza
  • SEAD was executed very well, 4x Shilkas and 2x Tunguska before the Helicopters and Infantry left the base
  • Plenty of CAP opportunities, I got to take out plenty of Red Air

Cons:
  • I got shot down, the enemy showed up as a T-50 on my sensors (this might have just been a client side issue)
  • This is my first op as anything Fixed Wing so there was a little learning curve
  • I crashed because of a tree, I was too low.

Pros:
  • Good work in team with good communications
  • Lots of medical work to do
  • Good response to mass causality incidents with triage and using CCPs
  • Good movement with infantry keeping low response times
Cons:
  • Lots of black tags due to many mass causality incidents and lack of buddy aid
  • Lots of DOAs (again lack of buddy aid)
  • Radio silence on medical net with very little communications with 7 for calls or direction
  • Medical kits missing equipment. Surgery kits needed to be made up especially

Pros:
  • Nice to play another NATO force for variety.
  • Very good communications with Duke Flight!
  • Lots of airframes operating simultaneously
  • Good tactics demonstrated at the squad level
  • Really good enemy fighting positions
  • No Blue on Blue!
Cons:
  • LZ Longnose disaster caused a near enough platoon wipe. Big error from me
  • I wasn't particularly good at picking up 2IC initiative on the radio
  • Use of OPFOR equipment
  • Seemed like there were a few times that spotreps/contact reports were quiet

Pros:
  • Good mission on good map
  • Interting compositions on cool terrain features.
  • Fun intervals of contact.
Cons:
  • ACE problems with one trooper unable to self-interact and others not able to interact on him.
  • Graphical glitch on backpack inventory.
  • Platoon spacing was poor, either squads were clustered or not in mutual support.
  • High enemy accuracy.

Pro:
  • With exception to overwhelming enemy contact while isolated, we were able to conduct by-the-book
  • Chaotic, Fun mission, engaging
  • Great teamwork and solid plt comms on multiple incidences
  • Great support from Medical Team 2 and Charlie Squad in the later half of mission
  • Break contact to IDF and casualty situations greatly improved
Cons:
  • 30mm autocannon shooting through buildings (just arma)
  • Plt movement being off (consideration of type of operation is necessary when operating as conventional force)

Pros:

  • Great comms and CAS procedure from LIGHTNING (Ratliff.B)
  • LIGHTNING executed swift and deadly SEAD mission before friendly birds were endangered
  • Good effects on targets after resolving munitions issues (duds)
  • Platoon immediately held movement when requested, enabling CAS strikes
  • Great ISR from LIGHTNING, spotting MBTs at airfield which would have been painful for ANKLET platoon
  • Excellent to use another NATO force, loved the camouflage and gear change
Cons:
  • ARMA ate my SOFLAM (laser designator removed from inventory, for whatever reason)
  • LR Radio was bugged until MC interacted with my backpack (non-reactive to all binds, SR worked fine)
  • Mason.H Sutodoreh.W - we need to review REDs versus available a/c loadouts, as some munitions' terminal guidance doesn't match the game (GBU-39 SDB says "GPS", is laser guided, for example), some others are not on the list, etc.

Pros:
  • Great communication between Duke Flights and Anklet
  • All Dukes Pilot/Crew worked well together, been able to support each other and fill in other aircraft dependent of the mission.
  • Great work by season pilots to take lead when needed, and able to let other leads as well. It wasn't just one person permanently leading. If the mission required Pegasus, who ever was at base naturally took lead and forward and manage all info and Dukes.
  • Diverse aircraft, which gave us quite unique experiences and the choice of what is needed for each request.

Cons:
  • Red AIr at base, enemy JET attacked Duke 2 right before take off.
  • We had some incident with the aircrafts, user error. Since these aircrafts aren't the usual ones we constantly train on, it increase the chance of crashes done to user error. I highly recommend we increase the usage of other nation aircrafts in our SP to alleviate and reduce these user error do to not having any experience flying them, at least few odds times. That way next time around we have some idea of what to expect of the aircraft capabilities.
