Pros:
  • Solid job holding the mid point for 40+ minutes off the innitial cap. had a solid line defense going for most of that time
  • Start of match was great. The more focused comp practices that we've been holding have definitely been paying off. If you can make it, show up!
  • Command coms were mostly solid
  • Final push was executed well, just initiated a little bit late
Cons:
  • When things did finally go wrong, they went wrong quickly. lost center point, and then nearly lost penultimate point fairly quickly. We were able to hold however. We were note really able to take the north back until the enemy team started pulling back at the end of the match

Pros:
  • Better, stronger across the board +experience
  • Squad communication and movement solid, solid effort and real time objectives met consistently
  • Good starting plan and clear directions, good updates during battle
  • Enemy spawns were hunted efficiently, locked in, tagged(key)
Cons:
  • Comms crowded at times, real issue is just some mics are way louder than others, tougher to address
  • Lack of offense later in game, got to keep them honest(as long as spawn points are up members can return promptly)
  • Airhead didn't work out unfortunately, would like to see us get a sleeper group behind earlier and secure an area planned ahead

Pros:
These reaper men. I had the pleasure to command one of the best overall squads on the team. We were great on combat effectiveness, we were great on building Garries, we were great at defending. I could not be prouder of how well these guys did.

Cons:

Airborne Defense needs to communicate with us when we lose garrisons behind us. I can see how this doctrine works; I really can however I think we need to get infantry involved in the push.

Pros
-Thought command chat improved in terms of unnecessary noise. Usually this is the thing that will set off my sensory overload if it's too chaotic, but it was clear enough that I could hear what I needed to hear. Some improvement needed on not interrupting existing callouts, but it wasn't AS bad as it's been.
-While constantly under fire & playing wack-a-mole with enemy recon, we worked really well to keep defensive garrisons built and supported behind the main lines west of Canal Crossing & Pumping Station. Most of the difficulty was trying doing this while taking enemy recon pressure.
-Covered each others asses very well and very excellent shooting.
-Overall, thought we improved way better. 2-3 and ran out the clock close to capping mid again rather than 0-5 on tilt with time left is improvement.

Cons
-Was tough getting new garrisons up at times because Axis recon were effective shooters, especially NW of Canal Crossing and well positioned with long sight lines that kept our heads down.
-Next thing to work on long range shooting because often times we'll be in wide open fields with lack of good cover options (when garrison placement was priority rather than returning fire). Lately I've been doing alot of urban/CQB fighting, not enough long range shooting.
-Couple times where I realized I was doing more recon hunting than I should've. With a 2-man squad, difficult to keep up a wack-a-mole hunt; should've said screw it, pop smoke, and break contact.
-Awkward habit of putting my OP further forward than what Major Mix told me, eventually got it back further like I should've.

Pros:
  • Great putting up garrys.
  • killed so many garrys and ops on the attack
Cons:
  • Zero infantry support on the attack
  • built lots of red line garrys and no spawns

Pros:
  • Squad did a great job adapting to what was needed.
  • Thought we did a great job helping cap center point and holding
Cons:
Think other SLs need to communicate for QRF more and more clearly

Pros:
  • Our Squad was effective at taking enemy garrison down in the back
  • We took many supplies down
  • We killed 2 tanks
  • Command chat was effective, not clear, but everything was heard and understood
  • Good job to QRF for flexing whenever we needed help
  • Amazing coordination and offensive on the final push
  • Seen a lot of garrisons built
Cons:
  • If you have a call out to do in command chat, wait until its clear before talking. Lots of interruptions
  • Was hard to fight with 3 man squad versus recons and 1 or 2 squad in the SW
  • Would have like to see that final push and coordinations 5-10 minutes after we lost the points instead of 6 minutes before the end. Might be worth a try to just call a strong push just like we call defence when we lose the point. There was some time where everything was under control but our offensive wasn't sufficient to cap any point
  • I know our recon squad was put togheter last minute but i saw our recon on the defence line more than offence line

Pros:
-playing with my back line tactics was fun. going after Garry’s that are more important to the enemy by passing there back line Garry’s cuz good teams will protect or be back to defended or rebuild the Garry.
-team worked well most of the time! We fell apart then re established!

Cons:

-lost my op at one point that allways suck…
-I may have not given my sniper enoff jobs to do.
-my shooting was bad tn

Pros:
  • Great squad comms, great call outs. My squad executed orders flawlessly. I would love to play with them again.
  • Squad took initiatives, especially on satchel and AT use. We destroyed 1 Tiger.
  • Our squad supported defense, put up garrisons on strongpoints to keep the squads spawning.
  • Good use of Airborne squads to build garrisons.
Cons:
  • Team couldn't push towards enemy objective. We were stuck mostly with defending our strongpoints. We definitely needed to have big infantry pushes throughout the game and not just at the end of the game.
  • Enemy got behind us really well. Our squads were constantly being flanked from multiple directions. Our spawn points were constantly being taken out. We should be the team owning the map next time.

Pros:
  • Good start to match and initial capture. Truck rollouts were spot on.
  • Unit did as good as possible on defense for a 4-man squad. Really proud of these boys for keeping it together. Some excellent call outs & cohesion in squad comms.
  • Command comms were calm and mostly concise
Cons:
  • Canals is heavily favored toward the Allies and we failed to have enough personnel on point to really build up a solid defensive line. Eventually became spread to thin and call to initiate attack on Customs was poorly timed, ultimately leading to enemies being able to push hard from south and capture point.
  • Offense was very limited and there are significant flaws in the idea of having Airborne being the only element to initiate that attack; especially for attacking a heavily fortified position like Customs. A more collaborative approach to maximizing the abilities of all troopers/squads may provide new opportunities for initiating attacks with infantry spearheading.
  • Our Garrison discipline was lacking at times. Need to be a little quicker on the jump with getting them back up in advantageous positions.

Pros:
  • Very happy with improvement across the board and with the specific aspects of play targeted for today
  • Good turnout from newer troopers. Fresh blood and all that
  • Would have got the win with maybe 30 more seconds. Does not get much closer than that
  • If we had to loose it is better to loose to a Cav commanded team
  • In the final push it felt like we could see the beginnings of the next phase of our strat coming into focus.
Cons:
  • Less armor than was hoped for. Hard to compete when we are so light on tanks
  • Had difficulty exploiting attack opportunities. Well positioned OP's and Garrisons did not result in the quick pressure that might be hoped for.
  • Armor got wicked flanks on us and caused big problems.
