Pros:
  • Most people enjoyed, caused both chaos but relief of not having to ping targets.
  • Some people came into this with a negative mindset of admin cam being used, but they ended up having fun!
  • Great teamwork on both teams between command and SLs.
  • Concept was liked but needs tweaks if ran in the future (see below).
Cons:
  • Challenges with team balancing at the beginning.
  • Tankers did not appreciate the abundance of satchels coming towards them. Tankers on both teams did not appreciate the admin cam.
    • Limits on AT and satchels
  • Recon could not take out artillery, suggestion was to allow recon to run the whole map with restricted OPs.
  • Suggested revision for loss of admin cam on 3-2 in phase 2.
  • Suggested to have all nameplates off for admin cam.
  • Possible to give admin cam to someone aside from commander (someone set as the UAV for all recon, could be both spotters in recon squads).

Pros:
  • TARGET RICH ENVIROMENT
  • Good tank comms
  • Infantry was excellent for perimeter when we repaired in field.
Cons:
  • Too many comms?

Pros:
  • Squad had a good time.
  • Interesting concept
  • Was a fun "cat and mouse" type game
Cons:
  • At times the enemy team had assets outside of their zone
  • Squad size was small
  • Tons of call outs, was hard to keep track

Pros:
  • went well as a team and with coms
  • admin cam as commander was a fun idea! as recon i did not have to get arty or nodes and really did not have to get many Garry's or mark much stuff.
Cons:
- felt un balanced we won but even with the loss of admin cam for our team to balance it did not help. but note that we were at a top of a hill fighting them push up the hill.

Pros:
  • Operation was fun!
  • Admin camera concept was cool and worked well!
Cons:
  • Could have benefited from stronger turnout.
  • Enemy team crossed into an area they were not allowed to enter by ruleset (Phase 2) .
  • Considering the use of Admin cam, a reduction in AT might be in order.

Pros:
  • Constant engagements
  • Lots of pings
  • Good flanking maneuvers
Cons:
  • Command chat was a bit difficult to follow at times
  • Stale pings on map

Pros:
  • Fantastic concept for an Operation. Admin Cam for Commanders made map clutter easier to handle and allow for Artillery to maintain good rounds down range across the entire AO
  • Good communication to the infantry squads from artillery in order to prevent teamkills.
  • Denial of enemy movements was top notch by all guns. For only four squad mates on three guns, the squad performed admirably throughout the Operation
  • 80+ kills between three guns - equivalent to killing the entire enemy team 2.5 times over. Lost guns only once for approximate 60 seconds and recovered quickly!
Cons:
  • Command comms became cluttered at the start of phase two which caused slight confusion and missed comms. Cleaned it up near the end.
  • A possible revision to the concept may be in order. 4-1 shutdown of command comms may not be the play. Match would be much more interesting with a 3-2 shutdown instead.

Pros:
  • Playing with these guys...as a squad lead I can never complain
  • Comms were on point we were a force to be reckoned with
Cons:
  • At times the enemy team had assets outside of their zone
  • Squad size was small we need to realize that we have force in numbers
  • We were all in agreement that we did NOT like the admin cam aspect if this was to be done again maybe doing it to 3 to 2 ratio.
  • Going back to point two we had tons of 1 man and 2 man squads. no need of that 4,5,6 man squads are where it is at

Pros:
  • Good in-team communications and calling out immediate threats.
  • Admin cam element allowed preparation for effective anti-tank operations (S/O to Boettger who hunted enemy tanks like a vampire).
  • Quick responses to immediate support + anti-tank needs, did not need reminding and they took initiative to respond if I was waiting to spawn in or occupied with staving off infantry.

Cons:
  • Couple times where I had to rein in guys from going past scenario AoO.
  • During Hill defense we got spread out a few times especially with multiple infantry threat vectors.
  • Initial confusion with team switching from Allied to Axis for balancing.
  • Personal con: I need to work on command communication to make sure I'm not going too far from where my Platoon & Faction leader wants me and not be excessively verbose.

Pros:
  • Challenging new mechanic
  • Not many limitations besides zoning
  • 7cav Op
Cons:
  • Quite a few sparse squads, should start 3-4 members and split only if for specific logistics especially if less than 50v50
  • Comms cluttered often, as well as markers, tougher on sl's
  • Unfortunate timing, spacing with garrisons potentially from the many attributing factors in this one
  • Squads were often spread out after center loss
  • pls no mor mortan

Idea: Potentially try a deputy/xo commander to assist/delegate, especially if we max out teams next time.

Pros:

  • Tank on tank was good. Lots of 1v1s
  • Comms with the other crew were immaculate
  • Cool concept, definitely refreshing

Cons

  • AT Teams were killing us almost as soon as we were in play. Eventually we had to actively stay away from our own infantry to prevent dying to hunter killer teams
  • Comms with Infantry were horrendous. I eventually gave up trying to ask Inf. SLs what they needed because it was never answered or amounted to "Help us push" after which we would die to an AT squad after the infantry disappeared.
  • Lots of unnecessarily long chatter in command comms, to the point where communication with other SLs was near impossible

Pros:
  • Great calls, In squad
  • great teamwork within the squad
  • was a challenge the whole match and was fun
Cons:
  • not having recon really held us back - no flairs - no hunting rear enemy garrisons, but we had 3 arty guns running at least shrug
  • Tankers rushing point with no inf to support them
  • Tankers overwhelming command coms, and multiple inf sections could not make any calls.
  • Tanks being called out by inf, tanks being called out by command, tanks being called out by tanks = command coms cluttered.
  • multiple enemy squads are outside of AO consistently throughout the match.
  • There was no tank support on the points, at times they would be in open fields sitting next to each other not assisting in capturing the point.

Recruit Jordan.J

Pros:
  • Some of the best map markers I have yet to see.
  • Comms was actually pretty good considering.
Cons:
  • Whoever was suppose to run arty did not show up so we had no arty but it worked out.
  • Personally my squad had a great time but it seems the tankers on both sides had a rough time about it with the commander having complete vision.
