Pros:

-Good effect on objectives
-Good communication
-Good Coordination
-Anti-Large Pilot on point throughout mission (Childs)

Cons:

-Disorganized start and that persisted throughout the mission
-Communication broke down throughout the mission
-Less than Cav standard behavior displayed
-Leadership less than effective throughout mission
