Pros
  • Strykers were used and supplies were dropped
Cons
  • VIKING-1 actual wasn't at leaders brief or was told at all what to do
  • VIKING-1 actual was relieved of command
  • two members of element didn't have DUI-Squad Radar active, so they had no idea bearings unless pulling out a compass
  • Desync caused several enemies to take more damage than necessary to fall (several enemies had to be mag-dumped to kill or surviving over 20 rounds of .50 caliber)
  • Neither Stryker had thermal sights, meaning trying to spot prone enemies amongst rocks
  • sheer amount of casualties to infantry meant that Strykers didn't have any infantry support
  • Commands from VIKING-6 to identify and eliminate mortar positions led to the near-complete loss of both Alpha and Bravo fireteams in VIKING-1 in failed pushes
