Pros:
  • Good comms
  • Good recovery of first position
  • Good direction from commands down from start to finish
Cons:
  • Find ways to assist earlier as we were alone for the match other than maybe 10 minutes. Still worked out in the end.

Pros:
  • Victory for the Cav
  • Attendance was a little tough because we had so many interested!
  • Planning was top tier
  • Execution of plans were perfect, adjustments easily made
Cons:
  • Opposing Clan was very disorganized and brought non-clan members to the match
  • Match started late

Pros:
  • Full crews
  • Tank crews put in work, and crews performed admirably as always
  • Plan was executed well
  • Tank Teams were flexible and moved to fill in groups
  • Only died once due to random satchel
  • 15 structures destroyed
Cons:
  • Communication could be a little bit more coordinated, there was moments where it was very loud and details were lost in transmission
  • Died due to random satchel

Pros:
  • Fantastic planning; better execution.
    • Our ability to react, adapt, and improvise on the fly was impressive.
  • Strong recovery from losing first crew.
  • Coordination between tanks and infantry was at an all-time best.
  • Total domination of the enemy armor assets -- hats off to friendly infantry assets keeping those tanks spotted.
  • Cam commanded with authority and precision.
Cons:
  • Command comms were at times so cluttered it was a significant challenge to parse out pertinent information.
  • Our planning for having all three tanks on the MSR irrespective of hard point, had we executed, would have led to less effectual armor support.
    • Major skill issue on my end, was only there towards the end of the planning.

Pros:

  • Good comms, all the call outs were clearly acknowledged
  • Awesome Artillery support
  • Good team work overall

Cons:

  • As a Recon unit, we were stuck on the south side of the river and couldn't help the other R unit until command bailed us out. The second half of the match went as per plan for our unit.

Specialist Zincoff.O

Pros:
  • Meticulous planning for this paid off big time.
  • The infantry held so strong on the hard point that it allowed the flankers to spread out and hold them back at the river. The infantry would not have been able to hold without the flankers and vice versa. The MG fire was absolutely shredding them, and after we took the hard point it was all over for them.
  • The two man airborne teams were communicating so effectively, that we knew exactly where the enemies were at all times. The infantry was shifting rapidly to respond to the callouts.
  • After we lost hardpoint, I took up a forward observation position to direct the artillery fire onto the enemy positions. The enemies overextended, and we were able to wipe them with accurate artillery. The artillery walking forward allowed the infantry to push straight into the point, no flanking necessary to retake that position. Artillery did most of the work, and infantry was just on mop up duty. Without two man teams, it would be more difficult to direct artillery fire.
  • The coordination between the infantry, tanks, and artillery was so on point!!! The tankers really crushed it, and just absolutely dominated the enemies.
  • Recon had enemy artillery locked out for 90% of the match. Not a great assignment, but it was absolutely critical.
  • The entire team was firing on all cylinders, and we beat 173rd handily.
Cons:
  • I led the truck out of left HQ into a straight up slaughter and got the whole initial push wiped out, immediately. Definitely a poor choice on my part, and it's no one's fault but mine. I ordered the truck to do it, so that's my bad.
  • We still need to get some more truck drivers squared away. It's too much pressure to put that on the leaders to figure it out. Drivers are just as important as the leaders in many ways.

Pros:
  • Planning Phase was long but successful many functions for the operation - should start save these strat-sketches to save on rework
  • The squad performed picket functions in the MSR of purple heart lane for the duration of the operation, communication was superb within the group
  • squad responded to movement lanes for out flanking of back line movements - eliminating attackers
  • No panic even though we lost mid at the start - quick recovery and execution of assault, functions achieved by the squad
  • command comms were lit - as always some overlap on comms but relatively clean for the duration of the map
Cons:
  • adding some aggression or ability to aggress on offensive points will be useful in the future
  • got a little overextended at one portion of the match but recovered quickly with the assist of a qrf element

Pro:
  • Fun was had
  • Assignments were clear, adjustments on the fly go with situational need, squads executed well
  • Good garrison/OP placements, good uptime
  • Good communications across the board
  • Great defensive AT gun placement
  • Tenacious defense good suppression, and aggression
  • Enemy encroachment identified early and held back
  • Critical issues dealt with timely and appropriate force
  • Artillery, tanks, flanking inf and recon made defense easy
  • Well planned
Cons:
  • Opponent abiding by all outlined rules suspect
  • A predetermined truck driver would have been optimal, could practice driving waypoints without releasing plans early if necessary
  • Map had an invisi wall where a light tank and later ATgun were unhittable despite being visible

Pros:
  • Had a great initial plan that was well covered before the match even started.
  • Were able to break their hold on Grout after a few precursory assaults.
  • Our tank crews held an absolute total control of the map for infantry.
  • Though they got close to Grout a few times, we had a great hold of the surrounding locations and kept an iron hold on the point. Excellent redeployments when help was called for certain sections of the map.
  • Excellent and accurate comms.
Cons:
  • When we are scheduling a match with a potential partner, we should ensure they are willing to abide by our RoE (mainly, not using spots that the developers do not intend for you to reach. They had a machinegunner getting on 3 story roofs and chimneys that gave them incredible views).
  • We need to have assigned drivers/work on driving as a skill.
  • Personal for me - but I would like to initiate an offensive at some point even if its just small steps like working on getting a forward garry up or crossing the river to hold the next section of map.

Pros:
  • Excellent planning and execution leading up to event. The build to this point has taken a long time and it feels good to see it come off so successfully
  • Great focus from leadership elements to develop and disseminate plans in advance of operation.
  • Outstanding use of all assets. Artillery in particular.
Cons:
  • Room to improve last minute placements. S3 should revisit its coordination of the attendance spreadsheet.
  • Some hiccups with other team were avoidable.

  • Ability to follow battle plan and flex
  • Map markers and local comms on the ground was very helpful
  • Love the Cav
Cons:
  • Didn't have a set plan for the center truck and where it was to go.
  • Enemy team wasn't as good as I was hoping.

Pros:
  • Getting together for the planning weeks in advance, leading up, was worth the time and effort.
  • It was nice to see 2nd Bat as a whole represent the Cav with its first Comp match in 2.5 years with a victory.
  • All assets worked very well together. Everyone knew their part and played it well.
  • Kudos to the artillery when called up.
  • Good reaction to 'calls for assistance when things would approach being overwhelming.
  • The enemy only contested/ began to cap the center point once and for a brief 10-20 seconds for the entirety of the time held.
  • Squad functioned well in every aspect as trained.
  • Squad's gun game was on fire.
  • Heavy discipline to calls when things were needed or plans adjusting.
  • Taking back the center point off the start was incredible.
Cons:
  • Didn't designate trucks/destinations in the beginning. This led to assumptions about the location it was headed or what I thought was supposed to be headed.
  • We didn't get the initial cap
  • Didn't get to attempt any offensive maneuvers
  • Illegal Ringers.

Pros:
  • Good comms, within the crew and armor platoon.
  • Absolutely stellar execution of skill by tank crewman.
  • Friendly infantry provided great battlefield intel consistently the whole game. Super on-point.
  • With Axis armor executing with such skill, we were really able to provide proper infantry support and help not only take the strongpoint, but hold it for over an hour.
  • Artillery was provided great fire support missions, and recon did great preventing the enemy from returning the favor.
Cons:
  • Command comms can be cleaner/tighter
