Pros
  • Good fireteam, squad and platoon movement
  • A very good CQB experience, with well placed contact and mostly good execution from the fireteams. Notes taken away by troopers for further learning
  • Really good pace for an air assault, good balance of movement vs contact in the mission making and planning by 6.
  • Plan didn't survive first contact with the enemy but it was iterated upon very well
  • CLS role has now got a good balance of the right equipment in the arsenal/cScripts
  • Good communication between fire teams and at platoon level.
  • Good succession of command
  • Really fun operation, with great company.
Cons
  • BLUFOR deployed IR Flares made clearing the town difficult.
  • React to IDF could be improved
  • Terrain provided challenging environment for resupply and mutual support. 5 did very well to coordinate around this.

Pros
  • Good Comms with 5
  • Good Intraflight Comms
  • Good time
  • Difficult LZs
Cons
  • Zeus Interference
    • Teleporting Reaper Closer could have been done by Buffalo
    • Repairing of Helicopter - I would prefer to do it as Zeus repairs don't always work with Hatchet birds
  • Kit Issues
    • Crew Chief needs a toolkit
    • All Aviation needs Engineer Perms
  • Acts of Arma
    • Lurching unexpectedly
  • Ropes in Chopper incase of Fast roping terrian on this map would have made that a bit better
  • Not a lot to do outside of initial reinsert and resupply
  • Moving supplies
    • Risky for solo pilots to get in and out of a bird just to move supplies slightly closer in the AO
  • Having a resupply and Rearm point at one of the FARPs would have been nice

Cons
  • Engineer permissions needed
  • More rearm/repair/resupply trucks needed.

Cons
Platoon level contact reports need work.
Pre designated SBFs were lacking
Over extended as a weapons squad trying to hold multiple positions at once.
Bug with linking ammo belts. Eating all ammo when linking the belt.
Weapons squad should of been integrated with a squad due to how fluid the situation and movement was.
night vision scopes were not available to designated marksmen on night maps, making marksmen ineffective.
L lane ambush style should have been used over the SBF that was setup, however we adapted to it.

Pros
Good Squad Communications were good.
For how spread thin we were we reacted to contact well and held our SBFs and lines.
Good Adaptability on squad level to situations that came up, including displacing to IDF and engaging armor.
Squad coordination was good, never became squad ineffective due to casualties, and brought weapons to bear on all targets weapon squad was needed to.
