PROS:
- Great attendance and community engagement both internally and externally.
- Formed up in good time considering time adjustments, and had immediate activity in the PU.
- Good teamwork from the medical and security teams.
- Communication was effective and clear.
- Follow-up communication to the injured player was effective and consistent.
- Team infiltrated a hostile bunker, dealt with threats, and located and revived injured player who was successfully extracted.
- Positive response from community in game, resulted in a few messages expressing interest for recruitment.
CONS:
- Due to extension of medical training, this operation was delayed by half an hour.
- Possibly due to time of day, minimal rescue beacon activations for the operation time slot. Worth reviewing adjusting time +/- 1 or 2 hours before or after this operation time.
