Pro:
- We had a great attendance for first operation even with the amount of notice that was given.
- Had some really good mining done with 11,347 total amount of refined ore collected.
- Good teamwork from the scouts/security finding some solid rocks to mine
- Was super good having a new member awaiting to be assigned to us but was still great to have them take part.
- Non starter members from other areas in the Cav joining in which is always great to have.
- Will 100 % use the fleet yard website to sort out what ships we have to better arrange ship arrangements for future Operations
Cons:
- Need to have a slotting list to assign roles.
- Better sorting of a comms arrangement to avoid clutter
- Some slight issues at game start with getting everybody in a group and matter sure everybody was on friend lists for invite.
- Timing issues at the start which led to a slightly late start which was mostly because of OIC timing
