Situation:
The province of N’Ziwasogo fell into civil war. Russian forces mobilized to the region to maintain industrial interests within the country. A/1-7 deployed to the coastline to enforce No Fly Zones established by NATO.

Please note the changes for the slotting.

The CP of the lead ship is now the flight leader. This incorporates a Pilot Flying and Pilot monitoring model. The Pilot monitoring will be the CP/Flight Leader, not the PIC of the ship. This splits the duties and allows the person with the stick more focus to fly the aircraft, whereas the pilot monitoring works the comms and makes the flight decisions affecting all ships.

Additionally we do have crew slots that do have specifically defined roles in the aircraft.

The Crew Chief has weapons release authority and should be communicating on the AG net, as well as acting as navigator. The Door Gunner is considered the CLS of the ship. Obviously those last two apply only to the MH-60. but the piloting method will apply to everything. Even if there isn't a pilot slot open, you'll be able to attend in a capacity where you'll be an impact.
