Pros:

• Team work was excellent.
• Squads showed great tactical awareness, being adaptable on the fly, switching roles, such as flank to defensive extremely effectively.
• Pre-Op briefing was a resounding success, even under developed. S3 will work to continue and develop these further.
• A great emphasis was put on proper comms this OP. Made it a lot of fun, while un refined, we hope to utilize and implement a FIXED communications matrix in the near future.

Opportunities for Improvement:

• Call sign's need to become fixed so there's a ease of learning and knowing who's who.
• Node set-up and management.
