Game 2:
Location: St. Marie Du Mont
Mission type: Allied Offensive

Pros:
- Communication was very effective from Leadership to Squad and trooper level, this allowed the Artillery to zone in and be effective in callouts.
- Troopers performed extremely well and used the terrain and the map to its fullest potential to overwhelm the enemy.
- Have SLs in Game mark the map for enemy positions to call in more Artillery Strikes. Only a couple did this, it could have been utilized even more than what it was and could have been more effective also.
- Work on building better defenses on the current objective, while under fire to deter the enemy.
- Have troopers assigned to squads with fellow squad/ platoon mates to be more cohesive, and use what was trained on in SPs in the Operation.
- Work on defining Sectors of Responsibility - ranging from time in game, to actual assignments for squads. Have Commander(s) have a starting point on what they want to get done once game starts and different objectives that need to be met throughout game progression.
- Build Squads for Operations based upon Squad/ Platoon Assignment in AO. - This is now the established SOP for all operations unless posted otherwise. S3 will do its best to accommodate and be efficient in doing this when possible/ feasible - based on trooper turnout/ current OPORD used.
