Mission Summary:
After the result of the previous mission, we were given a new mission of capturing Sochi, to establish a foothold in Southern Caucasus.
Redfor had beaten our forces back previously, and so had not expected another attack. Given bluefor, a long window of time, to perform ground attack missions on Sochi.
Pros:
- Primary Mission of capturing Sochi was accomplished
- Helicopters pilots appreciated the range to the target area
- Fixed Wing pilots all coordinated well. With some coordination between A10s, F18s and Apaches
Cons:
- Should consider replacing JF-17s with SU-21/Mig-31s/Mig-23s/Mig-29.
- The JF-17s were too docile during this mission
- There was no red air during the initial phase of the mission
