Non Members:
  • Expendable_Joe (ATLAS-2)
  • CWO3 J. Swan (ATLAS-2)

Pros:
  • Low black causalities
  • Lots of medical
  • Good response time
  • Good in team communications and between 7 and ATLAS units

Cons:
  • Some felt the overall op was a touch disorganized
  • Temporary COC disruption due to disconnects and GUNSLINGER-7 becoming a red causality
  • Insert time was very long with ATLAS having to insert after infantry due to not enough room on birds. Waiting time was 20 + minutes due to 30+ KM flight

Pros:

  • Good company (Narra)
  • Nice alternative experience to run as a detached smaller unit and actually function as recon (Narra)
  • Got a little bit of trigger time with a long range weapon (Narra)
  • Had a pirate backing me up (Knights)
  • Enjoyed the mission entirely, despite it being an ad-hoc unplanned zeus mission (Knights)
  • Good support from air, fantastic comms all round (Knights)

Cons:
  • N'arr matey (Narra)
  • None from me! (Knights)

Pros:
  • The smoothest communication I have ever been part of. Clear, concise and to the point. All relevant information sent in the perfect timeframe.
  • A smooth and well executed operation.
  • Exquisite execution and tactical movement by all.
  • Squad cohesion throughout.
  • Secured multiple POWs. Brilliant extraction by BUFFALO.
  • Mechanised movement was on point. Mutual support with SIERRA was superb.
  • Held our positions and effective foothold on dismounts marks.
  • Free arsenal was excellent. Enjoyed being able to access all equipment in a public environment.
  • TIGER-1 was a highly valuable asset.
  • SABRE was a welcome addition. Cut a good hole in the enemy saturation.
Cons:
  • Clarifcation on WFW official start time needed.
  • Slow start off to to operation.
  • A closer AO could of been more favourable. Possibly a continuation of the TacR mission file progress.
Note: This was one of the best overall operations I have ever been part of. Every aspect was performed to the upmost integrity. Whether zuesing, ground pounding or flying, all top notch. If I could showcase a operation on how things can be done to the highest standards this would be it. The dynamic and tactical ability of 1-7 was on full show this evening.

Pros:
  • Wonderful operation and it went off smoothly. Props to Santoyo for stepping up and running it. He was super communicative and prompt with what we needed to step off
  • Squads were responsive when asked for information and coordinated among themselves
  • Tiger-1 was great
  • Atlas was on point with zero black tags
  • To my knowledge the first ever successful hoist extraction by Buffalo
  • Fought 2 Companies worth of light mechanized infantry with only two squads
  • Due to flight time, multiple squads, and only 1 buffalo, I got to both fly as Buffalo 2 for the insert and then run as Gun-5. Thanks to 6 for picking up my slack during that.
Cons:
  • The expectation has been that S3 will run some sort of a mission / MCC for WFW. I understand it's a lot to ask on a weekly basis, and it's fine if they don't run something that week, but it would have been nice to have known this ahead of time so that leadership can plan accordingly instead of scrambling for a Zeus and a plan shortly before step off time. This directly fed in to the fact that we didn't step off until 30 minutes past
  • Frames - although I believe this was a mission file thing and not anything to do with Zeus / the mission
  • I found an IED and took myself and 7 out of the fight for a good 20 minutes while we consumed all of Atlas's medical supplies keeping us alive. (Never a good feeling, albeit comical, when you hear your Medics go "We.... don't have enough medical supplies to treat both of them")
  • After being brought back from the brink of death, we had so many injuries that myself and 7 again became red tagged and unconscious for another 10 minutes when we hit a log at a blistering 6kmh catching back up to the AO
