Pros:
- Significant Improvement in comms
- We had a skilled GCI on hand, that helped improve Situational Awareness
- Everyone had a role to play in the mission.
Cons:
- Problems with SRS due to recent DCS Update. Users are unable to auto-connect to the server
- Need more time for planes to launch before starting the mission
- Carriers turning while players were launching, resulted in several planes being dumped into the ocean
