Pros:
  • Action packed
  • Used loader as a RTO/ works fairly well

Cons:
  • Did not plan to interact with infantry well
  • Failed to communicate to wing man my movements which lead to failure in movement
  • Did not get solid communications with 6 until loader was able to get on radio net (potential ACRE issue)
  • Need better direct comms with infantry to help their assault
  • We did not set up a resupply point for a multi objective operation whilst armor and mechanized.

PROs:
  • Good amount of medical
  • Got into some firefights moving with infantry
  • Good in unit communication
  • Low black casualties
CONs:
  • Unclear communications on LR 15 with GUNSLINGER-7 leading to micromanaging/frustration
  • ATLAS-1 vehicle/troops nearly destroyed by T-50 tank while following GUNSLINGER-1
  • Medical calls were misleading at times. Mass casualties calls were a couple of light yellows

Pros
  • Overall good OP. Lots of fun was had across the board.
  • Decent amount of medical calls throughout the OP.
  • Briefing and mission start happened in a reasonable period. It did not feel rushed or too long.
  • The pacing seemed solid. We never felt rushed but consistently moved through objectives and into a new contact. This was an excellent balance for us, as we needed to keep pace with the Gunslinger teams.
  • Communication with Gunslinger-7 was smooth, and information was relayed effectively to our team.
Cons:
  • Though we did have a decent amount of calls, the calls we received were typically for minor injuries. This means the individual Gun teams were doing their job well, but it made the night a little slow.
  • While we are thankful for the work, most of the casualties we received could've been triaged and treated by the CLSs within the teams. Not a big deal tonight, thanks to the low total of red casualties, but during more difficult or prolonged OPs, this could be critical.
  • It seemed the term "mas-cas" was used pretty loosely tonight, one event was simply a large group of yellow-level injuries, and another was only 1-2 reds. There is a difference between a multiple-casualty incident and a mas-cas incident.
  • Some information relayed to our team was incorrect; a specific example is when we were called to Saber-2's position when it was Saber-1 that needed attention. This could have led to either loss of life on the part of the Saber crew or injury or death of the Atlas team (as Saber-2 was beginning to make contact when we arrived).
