If you were missed send me a pm.

Pros:
  • Very nice to lead again! Had a lot of fun and glad not to have been overwhelmed.
  • Happy that leaders, when permitted to act freely on the execution of tasking, performed well and achieved them in a timely manner.
  • Simple yet very immersive op, clear goals, nice AO, good stuff.
  • Pressure kept up on us, interesting twists (SCUD!).
  • Great comms with most element leaders.
  • Highly effective GUN-7 and ATLAS crews.
  • Squads pushed through adversity and mutually supported each other well.
  • Great CAS and BUFFALO inserts from A/1-7.
  • Mission accomplished! (extracted the VIP we didn't have to option to kill, found some additional intel, killed the bad guy and found the T15, BMP5 and SCUD).
Cons:
  • Some element leads need to work on comms brevity, it's a skill and I realize I fail at that sometimes myself.
  • My "interesting" choice of LZ, led to a "highly interactive and engaging" start of the op for infantry ;)
  • Some elements of the QRF were a lil bit much (tank platoon), but thankfully HOG was on station.
  • Poor PID / fire discipline led to KIA VIP (the AAF general trying to flee the compound in a car got schwacked with 40mm and full auto), the car should've just been disabled and the VIP captured. Simply overkill, unnecessary.
  • Shame we've lost a rotary pilot to technical issues just before dustoff - generally would've liked a bigger turnout from rotary pilots capable of Chinook flight.

Pros:

Two full Atlas teams allowed teams to be assigned to every infantry squad
Lots of reds and yellows allowed for a good spread of work between team members
Great team communication

Cons:

1 black tag due to cpr bug not allowing team members to work on patient
Transport to AO lacking, causing first wave of infantry to go in without medical support
Patients being treated by other troopers without asking causing ongoing treatment to slow

Pros:
  • Atlas very good
  • Squad to squad communication good
  • Chinooks used nicely

Cons:
  • Cluttered map markers
  • Hot LZ
  • Troopers need to report looting enemy equipment
  • Better waypoints/RPs
  • Would have liked to breach as Gun-1

Pros:

  • Very fun and well-paced OP across the board, the medical team had consistent work throughout.
  • Good comms over the radio between GUN-7 and the Atlas teams.

Cons:

  • Single black casualty for Atlas-2. Following up this seemed to stem from the medic skipping a step in patient care, eventually leading to a black tag.
  • One instance of perm issues. At one point a medic was unable to access a patient's medical menu, it was specified that this happened inside a building at the time. No perm issues were had outside of buildings.
  • Transport into the AO initially was an issue. We had no medical presence with the first Gunslinger element into the AO, leading to Atlas having to rush to casualties immediately off of the helicopter.

Pros:

  • Good comms with both Atlas-1 and Atlas-2
  • Teamwork between all medical elements was superb
  • Atlas-2 successfully located and revived me when I succumbed to my injuries after being overrun at resupply point

Cons:

  • Things got tight with air transport leaving all medical support on one insert helo
  • Half of Atlas-2 didn't have too much work as they were supporting SBF
  • Didn't hear too many medical calls coming in although most members stayed busy
