Pros:
  • Rally was well organized and the "Speak when spoken to" policy and procedure worked well to keep disruptive comms minimal.
  • "Rally Announcements" is a effective way to get important details out to troopers while they are all in one place (Fixing Discord server names was the evenings main announcement)
  • "Squading Up" procedure worked well, was easy for new Troopers to understand.
  • All Troopers in "Rally" made it into game with next to zero complications.
  • In game communication / Tactics were delivered and executed effectively
  • First Op of the year had a higher turnout than our last OP of 2021

Cons:
  • Need a better system to delegate squad roles (Cross-hair / Shield Pings, Logistics Squad)
Operation Intel: 2 Games 2 Wins!
  1. Game One:
    • Location: Hurtgen Forest
    • Game Mode: Warfare
    • Faction: Germany
    • Highlights:
      • Hard fought victory.
      • All Troopers in Rally were able to get into game.
      • Squads overcame organization troubles at OP start.
      • Once Squads were set up, communication became effectively organized and took back the game from a strong enemy offense.
      • As soon as we were organized we became a powerhouse going from mid OBJ to final OBJ for the win in only 15 minutes (45 min into game)
  2. Game Two:
    • Location: Carentan
    • Game Mode: Offensive (Attacking)
    • Faction: USA
    • Highlights:
      • Won the match
      • Overwhelming 7th CAV Presence
      • Excellent communication Between Command/SL's
      • While the enemy fought hard, Superior communication and execution of Attacking / Flanking Orders made the difference.
