7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element: Specialist Otakar.D (Pilot)

Pros:

• Fun op
• Worked well with 5 and infidel
• Good emergency procedures by pilot; survived two shoot downs with light injuries.
• Strong work by Atlas 1 and 7

Cons:

• Random and unnecessary teleports (and Zeus heals???) back to base when shot down. We had more than enough pilots to coordinate CSAR and extract back to base; Aircraft were just poorly utilized for that area.
• Horrible map file for thermal optics
• Random spawn in of MANPADs

Pros:

• Strong involvement with air and ground elements
• Positive feedback from co-pilot and relevant parties
• Great opportunity for flying with airframe and flight hours

Cons:

• Issues with keybinding for countermeasures led to shootdowns
• Chaotic situation to Rendevous with ground element and co-pilots
• Inconsistent extraction attempts led to frequent downtime for pilots

Final Word: Overall strong effort from Mission Creators to keep forces dynamic and moving.

Pros:

• Fun op for Gun-7
• Good teamwork between Gun-5, 6, 7, and Atlas.
• Decent comms

Cons:

• Atlas members needed more leadership from their FTL.
• Atlas expressed a lack of action (no rounds fired by Gun-7 or Atlas), stuck in back of convoy.
• Atlas expressed that the map was not good for convoy missions with so few enemies.
• Desync

• Really Fun
• Good Squad Comms
• Good Squad Discipline
• Reacted to contact perfectly
• Outstanding Platoon Comms

Cons:

• IED's
• A Glitch which kept a trooper down for 20 mins
• People that came in late to the op weren't briefed well. (My fault)
• Crew Comms could have been better

• Got to work in a variety of roles dealing with CAS, Logistics & Medical
• Good communication with Infidel, Gunslinger-6 & -7
• Action Packed Operation, Mk19 good choice for Command Vehicle

Pros:

• Squad Cohesion was brilliant with good fun had by all.
• Fantastic execution by squad on movement orders and firing orders.
• Spotreps allowed entire platoon to understand enemy positions.
• Effective convoy route planning in a dense terrain environment.
• Good reaction to contact.
• Glorious support from CAS.
• Top notch communication within squad and on Platoon net. Seamless.
• Sierra performed excellently throughout. Providing accurate support at all times.
• Reinserts from BUFFALO were fast but informative. Allowing joining members to understand platoon intent, location and enemy direction.
• For a small ground force we held our own against overwhelming odds countering hearts and minds setup.
• No black casualties.

Cons:

• Convoy vehicles stopping.
• Loss of CAS assets due to hidden AA.
• Platoon wide mounting speed needs to be increased.
• Zues heals after car explosion.
• Knocking down trees obscuring sight lines.

Notes:

• Possible addition to have at least one squad member monitoring CAS channel when we have large air asset support.

Cons:

• AI spawn reference friendly positions makes providing CAS difficult. We would search an area, have no contacts, and then catch an AA missile from an area we had already cleared.
