Pros:
- First Op of console starter platoon
- Worked well together during rally to attempt to organize mission
- Worked well as a team in game
- Fought through the bugs
- Made new friends
- Good effort on recruiting
- Discord for Rally/Attendance works fine
- Disorganized: Need to figure out squad leaders and separate into different 3-4 man game parties and play that way. This may mean playing on different servers until we get server lists/private servers. Need to be more organized before going into game
- Down time: Guys got stuck out of game trying to join when party was full
- Low turn out: is 40% of the ADR low?
- QOL instances frustrated players (Comm lock out, Deploy screen lock)
Overview:
I think the team was really excited for this but a bit let down due too the blunders of the first attempted operation for console. Definitely things to work on. Definitely learned some lessons.
