Pros
  • Really Fun mission
  • Good cohesion between Atlas 1 / 2 and Bandit 7
  • Troopers trying to stabilizing themselves
  • Really well made fog / mist
  • Atlas was not too far behind like before so we were much more active during this operation
  • The cav lost an operation which is a good change for once because we can learn from this failure.

Cons :
  • Would have wanted to finish this OP rather than ending at the "Best Part"
  • Slow start at the beginning due to radios issues

Pros
  • Great Formations/Callouts
  • Great cohesion and communication between Us, Bandit 4 and Bandit 6
  • Great security
  • Due to radio issues and low visibility, it forced us Leaders to do our jobs 100% which was a fun aspect of the Op

Cons :
  • Would never recommend attacking an objective this size, up-hill, in the fog
  • Squads were right on top of each other with no positive spacing
  • Audio/Voice discipline within some squads while moving into position on objectives
  • As a result of radio issues, low visibility and loss of support the whole squad became surrounded and wiped out

Pros:
  • Solid formations, spacing, and 3-D callouts
  • Good inter-squad comms
  • Fun operations
Cons:
  • Poor leadership decisions on SL level
  • Found ourselves in the open a few times
  • Unable to dig in in most locations
  • LR comms were shot. One or two ops? Sure. This is a fun aspect. This has been going on for a while though.

Element Callsign: Bandit-6
Element Leader: Second Lieutenant Gray Phoenix

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros
  • Despite major communication challenges, comms were excellent
  • Element movements very good with examples of text book bounding
  • Squads were able to use their own initiative to clear objectives when communications were blocked

Cons :
  • Low visibility resulted in a lot of casualties including near total squad wipes.
  • Final objective too ambitious for circumstances

Pros
  • Solid performance within the squad with some exemplary performances from the privates.
  • Overall good platoon cohesion.
  • Technical issues were overcome with enthusiasm

Cons :
  • Final objective was way too ambitious: assaulting uphill, onto a fortified objective with nothing but infantry was not advisable.
  • Fighting against tanks in such low visibility was too much of an ask.

Pros
  • Dispte radio issues, CTAB was being used great for medical needs and marking contacts.
  • Good cohesion between Atlas 1 / 2 and Bandit 7.
  • Troopers were stabilizing themselves.
  • Given the weather Atlas was not too far behind the troops and was able to quickly respond to medical needs despite being on foot.
  • Medical kits were pretty well set, only need to adjust few things.
Cons :
  • Slow start at the beginning due to radios issues.
  • Op took too long to from start to end, and we really didn't get time to finish it.

(I don't know why but copy paste of the milpacs link is not working for me.)

Pros
  • Good platoon comms.
  • After some growing pains, good platoon movement.
  • Good reaction from medics and CCP.
  • Interesting mission design.
Cons :
  • Radio issues took too long to problem solve.
  • Fog made little sense to be fighting in.
  • Fog made the text book squad attack and support imposible.
  • Little to no training value for troopers do to fog.
