Pros:
  • Fantastic job mission commanding from Corporal Giglio.M.
  • Excellent tanker briefing from Second Lieutenant Sibley.K and the infantry presentation by Sergeant Donk.B to get the new people up to speed.
  • Great 7-man and communications between the squads, great job.
  • Recon did a great job spotting tanks, OPs, garrisons and enemy flow.
  • Commander played really well and kept a cool head under pressure and was able to transition from offense and defense.
Cons:
  • Would like too see a Commander and or Team Leader strategy briefing similar to the Tank Briefing.
  • Bad start, mostly it's just rust from 2-7 not playing WW2 as often these days. Might have to plan to plan to be more defensive on the start.
  • People not listening to Commander ASAP, people need to be scolded a bit to get in line. Worked out in the end, but something to work on.

Pros:
  • Excellent game! Very exciting from the start to the finish. The enemy team showed up to play as did we, loved every minute of the match.
  • Squads and teams were placed and balanced well.
  • My squad played with expert precision, extremely well disciplined and passionate about the game! Very proud to have played and led these troopers!
Cons:
  • None really, the match was so much fun and just a cage fight. I think we did everything we could to get that 5-0 victory!

Pros:

  • Amazing teamwork across the board
  • Armor Platoon covered the map efficiently and supported each wingman so well
  • Infantry callouts were a real boone, and AT infantry did a great job helping supplementing counter-armor defence
  • Great work on bouncing back from a rough start
  • Command comms were huge
Cons:
  • A rough start, we gotta lockdown our initial push into the center obj

Pros:

  • FNF IS MY FAVORITE THING IN THE CAV LET'S GOOO
  • Great work by infantry defending, taking ground, and always getting more garries up
  • Awesome anti-tank work, saw tons of harassment of the enemy tanks by our infantry
Cons:
  • I was worried that we called for an attack on the 5th point with 11 minutes left in the map. That could easily backfire on us
  • We didn't fix the 3-hour server timer before flipping to live. Overall a really minor thing but it's always good to pay attention to where we can tighten up

Pros:

  • Good opening by Green team, established nodes and border garrison
  • Good perseverance by the team after that rough start.
Cons:
  • On the opening, could have left HQ 1 later, little bit jumpy in the truck.
  • Seems like enough folks didn't drop out of the truck early enough, got rocketed on offensive hardpoint.

Element Callsign: Allies Commander

Pros

  • Tankers: Fantastic performance tonight. I saw medium tanks winning battles against heavies, light tanks taking the initiative to push behind enemy lines and hunt spawns, and excellent coordination and teamwork across all tank crews.

  • Command chat was LOUD. Very loud. It was filled with passionate people sitting on the edge of their seats, sweating and fighting together for the win. Every callout had a purpose, and every concern was raised for a reason. That's what we need in command chat: loud, passionate, but efficient communication.

  • All five infantry teams were where they needed to be. Green, Blue, and especially Red were right in the thick of the fighting. Yellow was doing Yellow things, whether on offense or defense, while Blue was saving everyone's ass by rebuilding our spawns. Great teamwork all around!

  • A big thank you to the Mission Ops team. You guys are putting in a lot of work through War Council and behind the scenes to make these events happen. EXFOR is incredibly fun, but also very challenging, and it pushes all of us to work hard and prove that our weekly training has a purpose.

Cons

  • This is the second HLL WWII EXFOR match in a row where we have had a rough start. We need to rethink our approach because the current method clearly isn't working as well as it should. I'll put together a plan to improve this, as I already have an idea of how we could handle things differently.

  • Do not tell the Commander to hold off on discussing strategy or making callouts and save it for the hot wash. The Commander is in charge of the match. They make decisions, direct people where they are needed, and communicate the team's next moves as they see fit. Their job is to lead the team toward victory, which sometimes means pointing out what is going wrong and explaining how we need to fix it during the game. Feel free to challenge decisions or strategies, but do not tell the Commander to hold off until the hot wash. Leading, communicating, and adjusting our approach in real time is literally their job.

Pros:
  • Out standing help from my colleges helping with putting on the event, couldn't of done it with out you!!
  • Awesome team work and passion from all squad leads!
  • Amazing work from our tankers breaking lines and defending all game.
  • Sergeant Darko ran his fire team with outstanding flexibility the entire match!
  • Great early sign ups thru out the week!
  • the pre game tactical overview from donk and Sibley created a great structure for our troopers.
Cons:
  • A few hiccups in the beginning, but we still persevered.
  • I DO NOT like people arguing with the commander mid game. its a huge moral killer for the whole team ,we have hot wash for a reason.
  • My victory twerking was a little amateur, felt like i didn't twerk as good as i could for the troopers. hope no one was disappointed .
