Pros:

• Plenty of casualties throughout the Op
• Nobody died under care with the assistance of troopers and CLS's on the ground
• Decent comms with the squads/platoon leadership for tasking
• Operation was very enjoyable
• Got to get into contact in both the PB before it was secured and managed to get a 630m shot from my CCP on a ION soldier

Cons:

• The convoy step off and aviation support took long due to late joining of platoon leadership
• The use of 63 was very minimal tonight
• The AO was far stretched due to the FRAGOs which would cause longer movements to MEDEVAC
• Lack of mutual support with squads after we reached the PB
• The terrain caused a lot of vehicle movement issues

Notes: I feel like the scope of the mission was way too large for the amount of members available which made the Op feel very awkward and caused issues throughout the Op. I enjoyed the Op but this felt more like a Firefight Friday Op versus an official 7Cav only Operation which isn't always bad but I feel it doesn't represent our culture well.

Pros:

• Was able to get the PB set up quickly and was able to effectively operate out of it
• Got some IDF work
• Got some demo work
• Was able to do some shooting and building clearance

Cons

• Really rough convoy, really should not have been busting through contact on a route we were intending to use for supply movement and could have easily killed the entire op if one of our trucks were hit on the run-in
• Platoon net was very crowded, had to turn off nets multiple times throughout the op because of the volume of traffic
• Horrendous crash rates, at one point more than half of the platoon was disconnected
• Agree with 7, this felt far more like a FFF than an official operation

Pros:

• Good team work
• Great communication
• The trooper is excited for the new servers to come.
• Found weapons Cache & Terrorist camp, Utilized Helios for Demo.
• Sparrow worked well with us.
• No deaths

Cons

• The servers health was lacking, large disconnects happened.
• Some troopers were bored at times.

Pros:

• Good and fun OP
• Good work from all squads
• Aviation assets did excellent, very responsive and worked with me well
• Good communication with Bandit-6

Cons

• If we are using mortars and aviation in the same OP, we should have a chaos to direct fires / deconflict with eachother.
• Squads were often outside of MSR of eachother
• Weapons squad was utilized as a beefed up standard squad, but mostly due to lack of a Bandit-1
• Radio traffic was... a lot... too much talking on the radio, not sure why. Could be due to the constant orders going out and people having a lot of questions.
• I showed up a couple minutes late due to poor time management / planning on my end, which resulted in a botched convoy and a late start despite teams being ready on time. My fault team.
