Pros:
  • RHIBS were fun I would like to see this in more ops
  • Over all fun operation
  • Platoon medic was kept busy with a lot of yellow tags
  • Good radios calls for the medic
  • No black tags in medic care
Cons:
  • No CLS's
  • Only Medic
  • Some confusion between red tags (uncon) and yellow tags (walking wounded)
  • Medical Box broken (Mazinski is aware working on fix)

Pros:
  • We had a lot of tasking to do in Helios between PLT and Squad attachments
  • RHIB was very janky but also a lot of fun adds a new take to OPs we can use
  • The CA idea utilizing Helios as a support attachment seems to be going much better and smoother than I think everyone would have thought of and its being used to the fullest intent
  • The 61MM seems like it shows how valuable it can be in close proximity and how fast rounds can be out compared to the 81MM
Cons:
  • Helios wasn't really involved in the OPORD besides them being in it in the beginning so everything about the whole OP was FRAGO'd but was picked up and the troops handled the chaos of it and rolled with everything asked.
  • I called out for a dispersion as IDF was starting to dial in on our positions and we failed to do so resulting in 70% mortality rate and MASCAS

Pros:
  • The operation was well planned out
  • Had decent communications throughout with the rest of section
  • We liked the concept of the operation and how it was built

Cons:

  • Boats were very buggy
  • Issues with comms throughout the Op trying to respond on nets and either getting stepped on or coming through unreadable
  • Got blue on blued throughout OBJ 1 on the NE island
  • Lots of audio issues throughout hearing random gunshots and other sounds throughout the Op
  • Couldn't establish proper fireteam leadership

Element Callsign: HMS Fox-1 (Banshee)

Pros/Sustain:
  • Was fun to work together again.
  • Did a bit of FAFO with sketchy terrain looking for a mortar pos.
  • Concept was great.
  • Did navigation like a Submarine.
  • "Land Ahoy", "We are the greatest pirates I've ever seen", "Why join the navy if you can be a Pirate"

Cons/Improve:
  • Acknowledge the HMS in HMS Fox-1
  • Driver Viewports/Triplex were non-functional and not able to turn out. This made the driver 85% blind while seafaring and 30-40% while driving.
  • HMAS Adelaid is very taxing on frames (3-8 FPS), making it incredibly difficult to set up Loadout; interact with VHCs, Maps and Inventories and impossible to speak.
  • Not enough Pirate and Navy jokes/quotes.

Pros/Sustain:
  • Group did well, over all
  • First objective was fun
  • Shoutout to 7 for the speedy healing
  • Worked well with Helios and tried to give them fire missions on whatever we encountered.

Cons/Improve:
  • PID especially with new types of kit and at longer range engagements
  • Two of the 4 SBF positions were not really useable, Gold and Pink were unable to get eyes on actual threats.
