For exceptional service while serving as S1 1IC during September 2024. Major Mitch Bunnell distinguished themselves by rising to the occasion to ensure the continuity of operation of the Regimental Reporting System when the previous leadership unexpectedly left the department. Major Bunnell provided his time and expertise to adjust the ownership and access of over 20 Regimental spreadsheets that effected the accountability of all Battalions and combat line units. He even went above and beyond to add new features, meet with staff, and meet with stakeholders to coordinate the entire project. Without his contributions, the Regimental Reporting System could have faltered, but instead, continued operating at full capacity. Major Bunnell's dedication to duty and commitment to their department is in great credit to themselves, the S1 Department, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.
For exceptionally meritorious leadership of a primary billet while serving as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in C/1-7 between January - December 2023 and for being named Regimental Officer of the Year for 2023. He has consistently gone above and beyond to directly improve the quality and experience of Company and Platoon FTX's throughout the year, always pushing for more engaging and challenging missions. He has also successfully led the S3 Arma 3 Operations Staff, creating and overseeing countless missions and content for our public and private Arma 3 servers, which directly impacts retention of all members and recruitment of new ones. Captain Beiter has assisted many troopers over the course of the year helping to counsel, mentor, and when needed, help them get the aide that is required in any circumstance. As a servant leader, Captain Beiter has consistently set the standard for how leaders and officers in 1-7 should act, always placing the trooper's well-being, experiences, and needs before his own. Captain Adam Beiter's exemplary leadership demonstrates their commitment to their troopers and reflects great credit upon themselves, Charlie Company, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.
