New ARMA Reforger 7CAV Tactical Realism Public Server Now Live! The 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment invites you to play on our new ARMA Reforger Tactical Realism Public Servers! You can search it in the in-game server browser by searching for keyword "7Cav" or "=7Cav=". Featuring 128 players and top of the line hardware, we look forward for new and veteran players to experience Arma Reforger together with the 7CAV's trade mark brand of tactical realism, milsim, brotherhood, and organized gameplay! Who We Are The 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment is a military simulation clan primarily focused on Hell Let Loose (PC & Console), Squad, DCS World, and now Arma Reforger! The Regiment was founded October 15th, 2002 and remains committed to milsim today. This means that when you enlist, you will earn your place as a trooper in one of the oldest gaming units online! For the majority of people in the Cav, this unit is not just somewhere to play. It truly is a brotherhood in which all are respected and supported by their brethren. Enlist today! The exact mods can be downloaded directly from the server from within the in-game server menu browser when first joining the server, and are subject to change in the future. First Battalion, Bravo Troop XO - Closed

Bravo Troop XO has become available, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill this role.

The following are the requirements for the position:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be in good standing with no active negative actions (NFA).
  • Maintained current MOS for a minimum of 30 days prior to selection
  • Be at the minimum rank of 1st Lieutenant or Higher. (Or be eligible for 1LT by end of the application period.)
  • Letter of interest from Trooper to COL Tharen, LTC Rosefield, SGM Nexhex, and COS Burgundy
  • Selected by Battalion Staff
Expectations:
  • Reviewing Roll Call reports from Platoons under his/her command.
  • Sending, or updating your report system for Battalion Review on time.
  • Conducting Company FTX every other month per the SOP for Company FTX's in 1st Battalion.
  • Relay information transmitted to him from the Chain of Command to the personnel under his command.
  • Ensure Company Officers are trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools and training to effectively lead their sections.
  • Ensure Company Officers are managing their Platoons effectively and duties are being performed per the governing procedures.
  • Ensure the Company is combat ready.
  • Perform administrative duties and paper work associated with his/her Company. (ex: DCS, commendation)
