Briefing
Elements of the rogue Soviet 4th Motor Rifle Division have landed on the Faircroft Islands, seizing the island group and claiming it as the independent county of Kholodnyi. The islands are controlled by the United Kingdom and they have vowed to retake the islands at any cost. Elements of 40 Commando returning from the Falklands have been redirected to Faircroft to rapidly and decisively eliminate these elements before they can fortify their position on the islands.
