Situation
After recent instability in the region, a rogue Finnish General supported by Russian intelligence elements has seized control of the Ruha Nuclear Power Plant. The hostile force is attempting to leverage control of the facility to negotiate the return of Karelian territory lost following World War II.
Enemy forces have established defensive positions within and around the power plant complex, utilizing key infrastructure and restricted access points to fortify their hold. Intelligence indicates the presence of both conventional Finnish elements and irregular Russian intelligence operatives, capable of reconnaissance, sabotage, and coordinated defense.
Despite coalition pressure, enemy elements remain combat-capable and are assessed to be preparing for a deliberate defense of the facility, with the ability to conduct localized counterattacks and delay operations to retain control of this strategic objective.
To prevent escalation and deny the enemy strategic leverage, Charlie Company has been ordered to conduct a nighttime airborne assault to seize and secure the Ruha Nuclear Power Plant. Adjacent units will isolate the objective area and prevent enemy reinforcement or withdrawal, enabling Charlie Company to rapidly secure the facility and restore control.
