The S7 Department is proud to announce we will be conducting the NCOA Phase I course for up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Course Description

NCOA Phase I is the first leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It's designed to teach troopers, specifically Specialists the fundamentals of leading small groups of troopers. The course is approximately 2 hours long. The course teaches students the roles and responsibilities of leaders in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Access to the forums is required during class.

Student Prerequisites

(must meet all prerequisites)

• Minimum time in service of 45 days
• Minimum Rank of Specialist
• No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
• Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO

Applications Accepted: Names should be added within 24 hours, if not send the instructor a PM. Failure to attend the course without notifying ahead of time may result in punitive action through your CoC.
