Theatre - Caucasus
Situation
Following the recent operation, wherein pilots completed an initial strike tasks across the Gudauta region, Redfor has begun flooding the region with reinforcements.
Additional strikes over the course of the operation, also resulted in the sinking of a Project 22160 Patrol ship, and significant damage being inflicted to a second Project 22160.
Given the success of the prior mission, Command has authorized a follow up evening mission, where pilots will be engaged in a multi pronged attack to not only suppress enemy defensive positions, their reinforcements in the region, and also provide cover for friendly ground assets as they continue their thrust into Gudauta.
While we previously confirmed the destruction of 2 SA3s and a SA6, we have seen Redfor deploy heavy lift helicopters to deploy additional SAMs in the region.
And we expect there may be a portable SA-10 in the region. As such pilots are encouraged to be on guard.
Regarding Naval Assets, we believe that following their recent losses, that Redfor will move additional Naval assets south. However, command is not aware of how these assets will be utilized.
